There is a natural flow that life has to follow,

A sacred expression in which things are meant to happen.

The more you learn to allow this flow to move through you,

The more harmonious your life will be.

By surrendering and letting go of control,

You will feel less doubt,

Less stress,

Less fear and worry.

Surrendering means letting go of your resistance to the total openness of who you are.

It means giving up the tension of the mind you believe yourself to be and embodying the deep power of the ocean you truly are.

The greatest step towards your inner Buddha is to live a life of simplicity and to learn to let go and surrender to the greater power.

Deep surrender to our lives is a profound space of acceptance.

We accept what is.

Allowing the natural expression of life to flow through your senses like a river flowing through a mountain,

This will have an instantaneous effect on your being.

I will now read a proverb from the ancient Tantric texts.

Toss aside your map of the world,

All your beliefs and constructs.

Dare the wild unknown.

Here in the terrifying freedom,

Naked before the universe,

Commune with the one who knows everything from the inside.

Invisible power pervading everywhere.

Divine presence permeating everything.

Breathe tenderly as the lover of all beings.

Find yourself a comfortable position for this practice.

Ensure the spinal column is erect.

Maintain a nice straight back.

Hands on your knees or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.

Let's begin by taking in some easy conscious breaths.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

Now centralise your awareness into this present moment.

All you have to do is let go.

Surrender all effort.

Surrender all sweating and striving.

Surrender all sense of doing anything at all.

There is nothing that you need to do.

Let go of all fears.

Let go of all concerns.

Let go of all your responsibilities.

Let go of all of your needs.

Let go of everything that's so important.

Let go of all your expectations.

Let go of all your thoughts.

Let's completely surrender to this moment.

Completely and utterly surrender yourself to your inner Buddha.

Your inner power.

Let go of anything that is holding you back.

Let go of all stress and anxiety.

Embrace only peace and clarity.

Surrender your feelings.

Surrender your mind.

Surrender your body.

Just accept this moment purely for what it is.

Without any involvement or obstructions.

Just accept what is.

Your inner Buddha is far beyond all form and content.

Far beyond all the thoughts and emotions.

Your inner Buddha is your true nature.

Your home.

Your heart.

Your soul.

So let go.

Right now.

Just let go.

Everything is alright.

You are perfect just the way you are.

Let go of all your striving.

Let go of all your struggle.

Surrender to the power of this moment.

Allow the greatness deep within your being to shine.

For your practice I want you to surrender into your new reality.

A reality that is full of love,

Peace and joy.

Allow a new space to rise from your being that gives birth to a new paradigm.

Trust in your higher power.

Trust this space to take care of your needs.

You will feel unconditional love,

Freedom and peace.

All you have to do is let go of everything and surrender to your inner Buddha.

Beautiful, an new top three! It did however bring up some confusion when the soul was mentioned alongside Buddha nature, as in my teachings it is said that one of the core teachings of Buddhism is of 'no soul' ??? ๐Ÿ™
