Our Children As A Reflection Of Us

You can also experience today how music can be very beneficial and healing for both parent and child. Music has a very positive impact on the brain and can be really helpful in strengthening the relationship between you and your child. Discover today that you are the master and creator of change!

Dealing With Overstimulation
We live in a hectic society with lots of external and internal stimuli and our brains have a lot to digest daily. All these stimuli can make not only us parents overstimulated and overwhelmed, but also our children. Many children (and parents and caretakers too) do not even know how torelax anymore. How can we as parents and caretakers learn how to relax and ease overstimulation and pass this on to our children? Music and meditation can be beneficial and help calm the nervous system. Relaxing music can calm the mind, lower blood pressure and release feel-good hormones. Discover today how music and meditation can help you and your child find peace within and further strengthen your connection.

But if it begins to interfere with your daily life, it’s time to address it. Learning to cope with stress in a healthy way will make you and people around you more resilient. Listening to calming music with your child lowers stress hormones and heart rate. Both are important for decreasing stress. It also creates happy hormones, called dopamine and serotonin, which results in feelings of well-being.
Today you and your child can let go of stress and anxiety through the power of sound and meditation, nso both of you feel rejuvenated again.
Les 5
Dealing With Emotions
Today we will address the topic of emotions and dealing with emotions. It is important to express our emotions, not suppress them. Whether it’s anger or sadness, grief or frustration, emotional repression will lead to physical, mental, and emotional stress. When we repress negative emotions, they don't actually disappear. Internally there may be a raging fire of emotions, bringing about a range of psychological, physical, and social consequences. If we as parents and caretakers learn to express our emotions, we will teach our children to do the same, so that at an early age, they can learn to express their emotions properly.
Today you can listen to healing music for your emotions and do a guided meditation in which you can deal with the emotion of anger.
Les 6
Dealing With Sleeping Problems
Good sleep is necessary and essential for optimal health. Yet, we don’t always get proper sleep and neither do our children. As every parent or caretaker knows, a child that’s short on sleep can swing between being grumpy to hyperactive, irritable to overly emotional. Meanwhile, when parents and caretakers suffer from chronic sleep deprivation, depression, high blood pressure, concentration, memory difficulties, and mood changes occur. Reputable studies have found that music with a rhythm of about 60 beats a minute brings the heartbeat to the "sleep zone" and helps people fall asleep. Today you and your child can personally experience how soothing music and meditation can be and how it can aid in restful sleep.
Les 7
Connecting With Your Inner Child
Today we will connect with our inner child. Your inner child is the child within; the child you once were. It shapes your playfulness, spontaneity, and creativity. Often these parts are hidden in our present life, due to experiences in our childhood. By reconnecting with your inner child you will be able to rediscover these wonderful, playful, creative, and happy characteristics and in turn, strengthen your relationship and connection with your own child.
