Down your stomach,
Hips,
Legs,
Feet,
Your toes and back up your spine,
Neck,
Head,
Filling your entire being with kindness and peace.
Allow the gentle warmth of the light to ease any tension or worries.
Let it remind you of the boundless love that resides within you.
As you bask in this feeling of self-love and acceptance,
Remember that you are a valuable and unique being,
Deserving of all the good that comes your way.
Embrace the radiance that emanates from your heart and know that it shines brighter than any darkness.
With every breath the light grows stronger,
Illuminating the path of kindness and compassion that you walk.
When you experience difficulties,
Remember that you possess a reservoir of strength and courage deep within you.
Allow yourself to be guided by the wisdom of your heart and know that you are capable of overcoming any challenge that comes your way.
Take this moment for yourself,
Basking in the glow of your inner light.
Take a few deep breaths here,
