Shel has been teaching Yoga since 2016 when she completed her 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training and began teaching public group classes full-time. Shel has taught collectively over 2600 hours of Yoga and mindfulness classes at boutique Yoga studios, small community studios, corporations, and for a non-profit focused on reducing recidivism. Shel believes everyone is entitled to a sense of safety and security within themselves.
