Meditation Timer OnlineSander started out meditating in 2018 following a Mindfulness bases Stress Reduction (MBSR) course at his neighbour. After some years of individual practice, he decided it was time to take the next step and become a mindfulness trainer. In 2021 and 2022 Sander followed a certified course at Centrum voor Mindfulness in Amsterdam. He currently offers a MBSR course Scheveningen for small groups of people.
