Nkechi Deanna Njaka, MSc. is a neuroscientist, meditation guide, and choreographer. Nkechi has spent the majority of her life investigating the brain-body relationship and has always felt their significant integration. Through her work, research, practice and study, she discovered mindfulness and creativity are crucial for sustaining individual and global wellbeing. She attended Scripps College (neuroscience and dance major) and completed an MSc. in Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh.

Thank you so much for this beautiful meditation! Trauma can so often leave us feeling unsafe in our bodies, leading us to not trust ourselves or in a higher power. It's so healing to ground myself in a sense of trust, and it was exactly what I needed this morning.
