Transcript

This is a meditation on the Svaristhana chakra.

If you are driving or in a situation where you are unable to close your eyes or go within,

Please skip this section and listen at a time when stillness is an option.

Meditation on the Svaristhana chakra.

Allow the body and mind to become quiet.

Feel yourself softening into a deep stillness and peace.

Allow the eyes to close.

Take in a few deep breaths and let them out very slowly.

Observe the energy coursing from the top of your head,

Moving downward through the body and settling at the Svaristhana chakra,

The center of the lower belly.

There you will find awaiting your awareness a whirling vortex of energy vibrating and radiating a brilliant orange hue.

This color vibration generates outward as the Svaristhana chakra,

Meaning sweetness or dwelling place of the self.

It connects us to the energy force of creativity and relationships.

Feel a slight tingling at this vibrant chakra.

From this dynamic force,

We are able to create a beautiful work of art,

A delicious meal or even another human being.

When balanced,

The energy allows us to commune with other souls in a way that brings healing and love.

Recall a delicious taste,

Perhaps from your childhood,

That kindles up a feeling activating all the cells of the body,

Igniting pleasant feelings and sensations.

Feel a smile light the face.

If you are unable to recall the taste exactly,

Just think of the taste and it will kindle a feeling.

Leave now the childhood memory and allow the mind to meander to an adult experience.

Was there a time that you received a sweet treat and the feeling of being loved was deeply endorsed by that mouthwatering taste?

Become aware of the entire body as it tingles with that precious feeling.

Allow the mind to flood with a vibrant orange,

The color of creativity and a sense of belonging.

Take a moment to allow that experience to infuse your entire being.

Now invoke the sense of taste that allows you to recall an unpleasant event.

Notice how that feels in your body.

Is it the same soothing feeling as when you experience a pleasant taste?

Observe the unpleasant feeling.

Gently re-invite the pleasant feeling to the forefront of your memory.

As you do,

Allow the unpleasant sensation to transform into a pleasant feeling.

Allow the ability to create your own reality to return.

Take in a few deep breaths and let them out very slowly.

You have given yourself the gift of being able to switch to the pleasant when the unpleasant enters into your world.

Namaste,

When I am in the place of love and oneness,

I am creative and embrace loving relationships.

Namaste.
