This is your acceptance meditation.
Close your eyes and focus your gaze.
Start by relaxing your muscles.
When thoughts come to mind disregard them and turn your attention back to your body.
Let your muscles become loose and relaxed starting with your feet and work your way up.
Your ankles,
Your lower legs,
Upper legs,
Pelvis,
Torso,
Your back,
Your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Face and finally your head.
Feel your body loose and relaxed.
Now turn your attention to your breathing.
Notice each breath.
Without trying to change your breathing in any way just observe.
As thoughts arise acknowledge them and then let them go returning your attention to your breathing.
Breathe naturally,
Slowly.
Acceptance is the answer to all of your problems today.
When you are disturbed it is usually because some person,
Place,
Thing or situation or some fact of life is unacceptable to you and you can't find any serenity until you accept that person,
Place,
Thing or situation as being exactly the way it is supposed to be at this moment.
Nothing,
Absolutely nothing happens in this world by mistake and until you accept yourself,
Your situation and your life completely on life's terms you can't be happy.
You need to concentrate not so much on what happens in this world but what rather needs to be changed in you and your attitude to it.
Acceptance is key.
Accept.
Your mind is your instrument learned to be its master and not its slave.
Your happiness,
Your healing are a function of how you choose to respond on the inside to that which is taking place on the outside.
When things change inside you,
Things change around you.
And now let's bring in our centering thought.
I accept everything as it is right now.
I accept everything as it is right now.
I accept everything as it is right now.
If your thoughts wander,
Bring your attention back to this mantra and now quietly in your mind.
And now slowly begin to reawaken.
Turn your attention to your breathing.
Notice your calm,
Smooth breaths in and out.
Allow your awareness to turn to your body,
Calm and relaxed.
Notice how your body feels.
Become more aware of your surroundings.
And now slowly open your eyes.
Enjoy the feeling of relaxation while gradually reawakening.
Brilliant things happen in calm minds.
Be calm.
Be brilliant.
