The stillness, Noticing the stillness there is in the room, Without the room, And whatever level of stillness there is within. Inviting yourself to receive, To listen to the stillness, As if it were a sound outside and inside. The stillness, The feeling of the stillness, The feeling of the stillness, The feeling of the stillness, And in the midst of this stillness, Outside and inside, There is movement. Stillness, Holding, Coexisting with the movement. The subtle movements in the body, As body, As being, As being, As being, As being, As the body is still on the chair or the cushion, Like a well-rooted redwood, Grounded, Settled, Still. There is movement within, As part of the stillness. The movement of the breath. Within the frame of this body. The movement of the breath. The movements of the breath within the body, Weaving the stillness. The movement of the breath. The movement of the breath. Resting. Resting in the body with the breath. Resting in the breath. Relishing. Relishing. The breath. Sensations. Rhythm. Relishing the rhythm of the breath. As if the breath in this body was coated in honey. Sweet. Delightful. Pleasant. Joyous. Joy. Pervading joy in the stillness. Aliveness in the stillness. Confidence and ease in the stillness. Pervading happiness in the stillness. Shortness of breath. Feeling whatever amount of relaxation, Softness, Contentment, Ease, And bliss. And bliss there may be. A contented mind, Simple. This moment is enough. This moment, Whatever it is, Is enough. This moment, Whatever it is, Is enough. This moment, Whatever it is, Is enough. Whatever this moment is, Is enough. Whatever this moment is, Is okay. It's all okay. Noticing the movements of the mind, The thoughts passing, Emotions perhaps coming through visiting like guests, Convictions, Energies of the mind, Of the body moving through. Standing in the middle of all this. Standing in the middle of all this. Not cowering. Not shaking, Not moving. It's all okay. Not all the movements, All the wins. All the wins. Stable, Well rooted. Confident, At peace, Content. They're all wins. Wins are okay. The movements of the mind are just that. A mind imbued with equanimity. Exalted, Sublime, Unbounded, Beautiful, Unshaken. Free of ill will. Holding whatever is, Whatever the truth of this moment is, With grace. It's all okay. Spacious, Spacious. It's all okay. It's all okay. It's all okay. A mind with equanimity. It holds and sees the whole. Unstuck in a perspective. Spacious. It's all okay. It's all okay. It's all okay. It's all okay. It's all okay. It's all okay. Spacious, Bright awareness. Knowing, But unentangled knowing. It's all okay. It's all okay. It's all okay. Awareness, Spacious as the sky. Knowing, Holding. Knowing, Unentangled knowing. It's all okay. It's all okay.
