So getting clear on your soulful outcomes.
Today's meditation is going to be an activation of the throat and a clearing of anything blocking any of the logical and magical aspects of your outcomes to be articulated clearly in any of the ways that you communicate with your soul clients.
For those of you who are open to receiving some energetic assistance from myself,
Please say yes in your third eye.
If you're not,
Say no.
And let us take a few deep breaths to connect to here and now,
Clearing any of distractions that may exist in your mind or in your space.
Taking a deep breath in,
Breathing out.
A deep breath in,
Breathing out.
A deep breath in.
One more.
Connecting to here and now.
Just breathing as feels.
I'm just doing a bit of clearing in the third eye or the mind space as well.
So if you see any thoughts coming up or jumbles of thoughts or energetic hooks trying to hook onto an idea,
We're just going to let that go.
Any thoughts that you have to get this right,
Letting them go,
Letting them disappear,
Dissolve.
Any old ideas that are undated,
Letting them dissolve.
And I'm just balancing out the energy between above and below.
Above being your limitless activation,
Your below being your earth physical manifestations.
Just clearing both of those energies out for now so that we can come into balance.
Beautiful.
And now connecting down,
Bring your attention down all the way through your body,
All the way to the center of the earth,
And take a nice deep breath there.
Connecting in with the physical reality,
Physical expression of you on this planet.
And asking this energy to come up with your attention all the way up,
Through the earth,
Through your feet,
Through your legs,
Through the base of your spine,
All the way up through the back of your heart.
And take a moment just to rest in the heart.
Bring this energy to rest at the beautiful.
Now taking your attention all the way up,
Past the roof of your house,
Through the ceiling,
All the way through the atmosphere,
And connecting in with your soul star,
Deep in space,
The brightest one.
Taking a breath there,
Connecting in with the space and the limitlessness that is available to you there.
And then asking this energy to follow your attention down as you breathe yourself back down into your body.
Head resting all the way down in your heart for a breath,
And bringing this energy to meet the other energy at the back of your head.
We're just going to do a quick clearing of the throat.
Anything that feels like it's stuck,
Anything that feels like it has to be said or is obliged to say,
We breathe that out with an out breath.
Anything that is afraid of authentic expression,
Breathing that out with an out breath.
Anything that is controlling the voice in fear,
With fear,
Breathing that out with us.
That will stop this soul-led communication through clearly breathing that out.
Now we're taking both of the energies from below and above that are at the back of your throat,
Just briefly to the back of your head,
Where your third eye is.
And however it is that you connect with your intuition,
Whether that is by sound,
Feeling,
Thought,
Taste,
Visuals,
Connect to that now.
Some of you may imagine a screen,
A blank screen in front of you,
And words are going to be written here.
And these words are the outcomes that want to come connect you to your soul clients.
Aint your soul clients.
A sense to both their spirit and their mind.
We form a question in our third eye,
What are the soulful outcomes of my work?
Question to yourself.
Allow this blank space in front of you to be filled.
Notice the colors,
Notice the quality,
Notice perhaps the words,
The images,
The smells,
Notice the sounds.
What are the soulful outcomes of my work?
Me to my soul client.
Take a few deep breaths and connect into this blank space and notice.
And lastly we ask a question,
Is there anything else that I need to do to get more clear?
Soul,
Let me know now.
Coming back down,
Bringing both the energies of above and below from behind your third eye back down into the back of your throat.
Just taking a breath as if you're about to speak.
And letting your sound come out with the out breath.
Activating this part that is ready to articulate what it is that you do for your people in a clear way that resonates with their hearts and souls.
That resonates with their mind and ego,
Would you say.
The last breath brings us back to here and now with me.
Welcoming you back to the space with me.
Remember that if nothing came very clear,
This is a practice.
So the more that you do this,
The more that the articulation of your soulful outcomes will come more clearly.
If there was a feeling,
Follow the feeling.
If certain words ignite that feeling,
Follow that feeling.
That is your train.
If there were exact words,
Use those words.
If there were images,
What kind of words come to you to be able to say that to your people.
Today we ignited the energy and we ignited the egoic mind part that your soul clients will work on both levels to make a decision about stepping into your powerful work.
