This meditation practice is designed to release physical or emotional pain through the visualisation practice of an 'unhappy pet'. This practice is used in Law of Attraction training to release hidden suffering and enter a dialogue to learn its lesson. Gently guided to support the unconditional love and acceptance for the darker side of us all. This practice is best supported with some time to journal afterward, so take 30 minutes for the practice and journaling time.

Welcome to this practice.

This session is designed to support you if you feel that there is a physical or emotional challenge in your body and you do not know or feel that you can fully deepen into a conversation with it.

Allow time for this practice and for any journaling that you may feel will benefit you at the end of the practice.

Finding a comfortable position whether it's lying seated on a chair or on the floor on a cushion.

Allow yourself to wriggle and become comfortable in your position.

Especially if you have a physical discomfort,

Take the time to use blankets and cushions to create as much ease as you can.

When you have settled allow the eyelids to softly caress your eyeballs.

Let the lips softly touch turning their edges upwards and the tongue relax into the bottom of the mouth.

Take an inhale and sigh.

Take another inhale and sigh.

Release the jaw and be aware of the sounds around you so you can be comfortable in the space that you are in.

Acknowledge and hear them one by one.

And take a few moments of breath just being aware of the breath across the top lip and the sensation as the air moves in and out across that top lip.

And then set the intention to allow your body to reveal where there is pain it wishes to release.

Taking a gentle scan from the feet working up through the body acknowledging various sensations and rapidly moving through the body to feel where it seems most constricted or stuck or tight.

Complete the body scan and then return to the sensation in the body that was the strongest.

Observe the sensation how it changes and shifts.

Perhaps it has colors and textures.

Allow the sensation to keep changing and shifting and see if it begins to form into a creature.

Some kind of animal that you might see as your pet.

As this creature looks at you ask it what it wants to tell you.

It may be timid and very shy you may need to coax an answer.

And as it tells you what it wants begin to converse with it.

Ask it questions and listen to the answers.

Allow time for this conversation with your creature.

Take care of hearing what your pet wants to tell you.

And as long as it belongs to the season it will be any way better.
