There once was a force called Xi,

Dark,

Holy,

And infinite.

She has not one face,

But many.

Within her exists a world of creation,

Swirling with planets and stars that radiate life-giving energy,

Allowing the evolution of the universe to unfold under her watchful eye.

Flowing through an endless cycle of death and rebirth,

She takes many forms,

Not resting in one or another for too long.

She is at peace with the permanence of change,

Knowing that when her skin becomes wrinkled or when the oceans dry up,

She will be left with a pulse of love within her being that never comes to an end.

She is the womb that holds creation in her palms,

Birthing realms through the ecstasy of her breath.

She is the sun that beams warmth to her children,

And the moon that illuminates truths within the darkness.

She is the mountains that stand tall in the sky,

And the waves that crash onto the shore.

She is the mouth that kisses a lover,

And the eyes that witness the beauty of nature.

She is the laughter of children,

And the arms that hold loved ones tight.

She is the flutter of eyelashes,

And the lines in a face that smile from ear to ear.

She is the pulse of life beneath the crevice of a chest,

And the breath that sustains every cell with energy.

She is the river of blood vessels that nourish the uterus,

And the uterine lining that sheds each month,

Releasing all that no longer serves back to the earth.

She is the ovaries that swirl with the potential of life,

And the seed of sperm that fertilizes an egg.

She is the sacred portal through which all creations are birthed,

And she is the divine bridge between soul and man.

She is the great holy womb,

The sacred force and divine feminine essence that is you.

Take a moment now to connect with your being.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze as you rest your body upon the earth.

Bring one hand to your heart and the other to your womb.

Become aware of your breath.

First observing how you've been breathing up until this point.

Consider if your breath has been short and shallow,

Resting in the upper cavity of your chest.

We're going to bring the breath more deeply into the body,

Right into the space that makes up your holy womb.

Exhale all of the air out of your lungs.

Take a slow,

Deep breath into your womb space,

Feeling your palms rise as your belly lifts towards the sky,

Filling up with love,

Life,

And energy.

Say a big exhale of release,

Letting go of all the tension within your muscles,

Pain within your womb,

And any darkness that may have crept in up until this point.

Let go of any anxieties,

Fears,

And lingering thoughts as you welcome in the present moment.

Take two more deep breaths,

Focusing on the rising and the falling of your belly as you begin to become aware of your heart-womb connection.

After your third exhale,

Rest in the stillness and peace that washes over you as you turn all of your attention to your womb.

So often women forget that we are a sacred force that creates life,

That within our wombs exists a world of creation that's ready to be birthed.

We forget that we,

And only we,

Can bring humans into this realm,

Merging the divine with the earth to give souls a chance at this dance of life.

Instead we get caught up in the doing,

Willingly forfeiting our divine feminine power to fit into a world that's molded to support the man.

While our body craves rest and slowness during luteal and menstruation phases,

We push through our body's call for softness to complete our to-do lists,

Achieve the perfect body,

Or maintain a certain public image.

We fill our days with doing,

Forgetting that it is in our divine nature to just be.

When we constantly do,

We tune our awareness outside of ourselves,

Failing to hear the subtle messages within our bodies and wombs.

Slowly,

Tension,

Disease,

Or traumas may develop.

Although uncomfortable,

These signs are gently calling us back home to ourselves,

To connect with the power of our wombs and divine feminine essence.

With full awareness,

Turn to your womb.

Take a moment to connect with her,

Asking her how she is doing and feeling.

Tell your womb space,

I am here.

I am listening.

And sit in silence as you receive any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or emotions of guidance.

If your mind begins to wander,

Or if you believe you aren't receiving any information,

Just gently and lovingly bring your attention back to your breath,

And to your hands resting on your heart and your womb.

Repeat the mantra,

I am here.

I am listening.

Identify any points of pain,

Tension,

Negative emotions,

Or traumas that may be living in your womb.

With your next inhale,

Breathe pure white light healing energy into your womb,

Covering your uterus,

Ovaries,

Fallopian tubes,

Cervix,

And vagina with love.

With every exhale,

Imagine that any negative energy is darkness leaving your body,

Allowing your womb to become lighter with every inhale and exhale.

Take this breath for three rounds.

If any emotions such as anger,

Sadness,

Grief,

Shame,

Or pain arises,

Allow yourself to feel and release.

Tell your body,

I love you.

I am safe.

This is no longer mine to carry.

I lovingly let this go.

Once you begin to observe a lightness,

Enter the body.

Allow your breath to return to a natural state.

Gently bring both palms to your womb.

Imagine your womb as a glistening sun,

With a warm glow of love radiating out from the sacred space in your body.

As you breathe in,

Feel this radiance expand upwards and downwards,

Extending out into your auric field about two or three feet outside of your body,

Until you are completely encapsulated in your own unwavering self-love.

Let your being feel the power of your holy womb and your divine feminine essence as you allow your energy to affirm,

I am a beautiful and powerful expression of divine feminine energy.

My womb is a sacred portal for creation.

My hormones are balanced in perfect harmony.

I embody my Shakti energy.

It is safe to receive more pleasure.

My ecstasy is a manifesting force.

My womb creates worlds.

I call all of my power back to me now.

I am a sacred force of life.

There once was a force called she,

And that force is me.
