This is a 3 minute morning meditation for inviting peace,

Joy and abundance into your day.

Begin in a seated posture with one shin gently crossed in front of the other.

Take a tall spine and tuck your chin in towards your chest.

Gently rest each palm on your knees,

Facing upwards in a posture of receiving.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Allow the energy of deep relaxation to enter your body through the in-breath as your belly rises and feel your body let go on the exhale,

Surrendering to this present moment.

In your mind's eye,

Begin to envision a bright white light of soothing,

Healing energy flooding your body and auric field with love and intention.

Gently flip both palms up to the sky,

Taking a moment to think about the energy of your day.

How do you want to feel?

What do you want to call in?

I'll offer the intention,

I welcome peace,

Joy,

Abundance and health into my day.

I am open to receiving.

At your next inhale,

Imagine your intention attached to white light entering through the palms,

Traveling up the arms and meeting in the center of your chest.

Pause at the heart center and hold.

On your exhale,

Envision negative energy and blocks leaving the body through the top of the crown.

Repeat this breath pattern 5 more times,

Breathing in through the palms and out through the crown.

Stay as long as you need and enjoy your beautiful day.
