Welcome to the Mars Meditation with Nicole Pierre. Find a comfortable seat. Settling in. Tuning into your body and your breath. With each breath, Feeling your cells get a little bit brighter. And with each exhale, Relax and soften. Coming into the present moment. And then turning your attention inward. Bringing your awareness to your inner fire. Just noticing what your inner fire feels like and looks like right now. Is it burning wildly? Is it smoldering? Has it gone out? So just noticing without judgment. Sending yourself love. As you tune into this inner fire. And then tend to the fire. Does it need more passion? More energy? Do you need to throw some wood on that fire? Some fuel? Is the fire raging wildly and out of control? A little bit too hot? Too fast? If so, Take a few deep breaths and ground into the earth. Feeling light mist in the air. If the fire has gone out, Imagine lighting a match. Setting it ablaze. Knowing that you are that spark of light. And that this inner fire is for you. So tending to this fire. Until it is burning strong and warm and steady. Rask in its warm glow. Seeing the flickering light. And the embers dancing up towards the sky. Those little sparks. Blending with the stars. Feel this fire warm you. Feel it moving in your blood. Pulsing through your body. Nourishing you. Making you feel alive with energy and passion. Feeling it strengthening your body. Strengthening your focus. Strengthening your determination. Feel some movement stirring in the body. As this warm fire fills you up. And then draw a sacred circle around yourself. Your inner fire burning bright. Protecting what is most sacred to you. Your own spirit. Your own energy. Your greatest passions. And then imagining a golden light. An orb emanating from the fire. And expanding outward to fill the whole circle. Clearing your space of any stagnant, Fragmented or ungrounded energies. Sending energies that don't belong to you back where they came. Clearing the space. Letting the fire and golden light burn away. Burn away the obstacles. Burn away the distractions. Burn away the desires and voices of others. That have clouded your mind and your heart. Sending all those energies back to where they came from. Take a deep inhale and with the exhale we are going to push that energy out of the sacred circle and send it back. Take a deep inhale. Strong exhale. Send it back. Take a deep inhale. Strong exhale. Send it back. Take a deep inhale. Strong exhale. Send it back. And just feel how clear and light this sacred circle is now. Feeling your inner fire nourish you. Fuel you. Ignite your desires. Your truest desires. The desires you may have been scared to admit to yourself before now. Acclaim them. Welcome them in. Let them fill this golden space. Let go of all judgments or thoughts around these desires. And just enjoy that feeling of your heart yearning. Your heart burning. Craving an experience here on earth. Feel that magnetic pull of your desire. Feel the passion it ignites. All the way down at your root. Rising up through the body. Shining out through the crown. See what desire is glowing the brightest for you right now. Let it become clear and bright. Let it have that feeling. Create a feeling of anticipation. That feeling right before you kiss someone for the first time. An excited longing. Where you know it is yours. But it hasn't quite come to you yet. Savor that feeling. And focus on this desire. See it clearly. And then imagining that you have a golden fiery bow and arrow. You see your desire in front of you. You pull back the string of the bow and you take aim. Take a deep inhale. Focus your attention and release the arrow. Knowing it will meet its mark perfectly. Feel that surge of movement of the arrow that you have unleashed. The power within you that you have unleashed. Ride the momentum of the arrow. Take the action that is calling you. You are ready. The time is now. Don't hold back. And when you are ready, Opening your eyes. Remembering you are strong. You are sure. You are moving quickly. Breathe. Propelled by your inner fire. Your focus. Your confidence. Your power. Make it happen. It is yours.
