Hey friend,

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seat,

Just coming into a place where you're able to relax for a few minutes,

A comfortable place where you can be alert and present.

Right away,

Maybe you close your eyes,

Dropping right in to our practice,

Taking a moment to notice how you feel,

Maybe scanning through the body,

Noticing any tension.

Any spaces that could use a little extra love today.

And as we begin to deepen our breath together,

Maybe you consider the possibility that your breath can travel to these areas and soften them.

Releasing tension,

Melting away any pain.

Just consider the possibility.

Relax your shoulders away from your ears,

Your hips and legs heavy.

The muscles of your face and jaw,

Relaxed,

Soft,

Easy.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Your deep inhales,

Your slow exhales.

And imagine each breath as a new opportunity to be present.

Meeting each moment with a sense of curiosity and an openness to noticing what is.

And a commitment to sitting with whatever comes up.

Just know that however you feel and wherever you are today,

It's all good.

There's no need to change.

Or fix anything.

Just notice and let it be.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Allowing each breath to anchor you right here,

Right now.

Your inhales reminding you of who you are in this moment.

Your exhales giving you space to surrender into yourself,

Whoever that may be today.

Just softening into the truth of this moment.

Just being here and now.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Now with a lot of awareness and intention,

Slowly bring your hands together at your heart,

Moving as if you're moving through honey.

Sweet and slow.

Take a moment here to thank yourself for showing up.

For taking this time for yourself.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Exhaling,

Letting it go.

Thank you so much for allowing me to guide you.

I hope you're able to take just a tiny piece of this presence of this awareness with you throughout the rest of your day,

Whatever it brings.
