Designed for empaths, highly sensitive people, and anyone who moves through the world absorbing the energy around them — this is the clearing meditation I use on myself multiple times a day to come back to myself. Simple and short by design, so you can return to it as often as you need. In this practice you will: Release energy, emotions, and heaviness that isn't yours to carry Cleanse your field using white light visualization and earth fire energy Ground and anchor into your body and this present moment Surround yourself with a protective energetic bubble Before you begin, note on a scale of 1–10 how heavy or foggy you feel. Notice how you feel when you return. As a highly sensitive intuitive, I've spent years learning to clear my field so I can act in alignment with my highest self — not from what I've absorbed from others. This meditation weaves together my own channeling and inspiration from my favorite teachers. You are safe. You are always taken care of.
