Hi,

I'm Nicole Bowden and welcome to my meditation that will empower your reflection with more clarity.

So when you are ready,

Close your eyes and get comfortable.

Take a really nice,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Then release that out through your mouth.

And again,

A nice,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and then out through your mouth.

Slow,

Steady breathing shows your nervous system that you are safe.

As you take your next breath,

Call yourself back to your body.

Feel yourself in your own skin,

Feet anchored to the earth.

It may seem silly,

But in this crazy,

Hectic world,

I feel most of us are unembodied.

And we manifest and make the biggest impact when we remember to be in our bodies fully and feel fully.

So call yourself back now.

Feel yourself in your skin.

Your feet are anchored to earth.

Take another nice,

Deep breath here and then envision a beautiful light,

Whatever color it is for you coming down from above.

It is clearing away all that's heavy,

Any energy that's not yours from every cell in your body and all around you.

It begins at the top of your head and moves all the way down through your feet.

Notice where this light stays longer.

Thank it for its work on you.

And now take another nice,

Deep breath here and envision in your mind's eye a set of stairs.

Walk down those stairs.

Those stairs take you to a clearing and ahead of you,

You see a shimmering blue lake.

You walk towards that lake.

Every step you take closer to the lake brings you more and more peace.

With every step,

You feel more peace and any tension that remained in your body is now gone.

You sit down next to the lake with your feet touching the soft,

Crisp water.

The sun is warming your face.

From this place,

You look back.

You reflect back on your previous year starting in January and each month until the end of 2025.

The purity of this lake shows you clarity and truth,

Not a story that's tangled.

Take another nice,

Deep breath here.

What are you most proud of?

What hurt you the most?

What was the lesson here?

What are you most grateful for?

What are you ready to release?

What are you ready to attract?

What would you have done differently now that you know more?

Where could you have asked for help sooner?

Ask the lake to show you a theme,

A theme that's ready to shift,

A story that's no longer relevant,

Or a positive theme that's ready to amplify.

If this feels hard,

Remember to be kind to yourself and forgive yourself.

You know so much more now than you did then.

Take another nice,

Deep breath here.

Future you joined you now and sits next to you.

They put their arm around you.

Let yourself rest on them.

Cry if you need to.

They are so proud of you.

You made it.

Through all the ups and downs and knowns and unknowns,

You kept going and you kept going with your integrity and aligned with your values.

Just sit for a moment together and take in the beautiful lake.

Future you helps you see your strengths more clearly,

Your zone of genius that the world is ready for.

If you picked a word for the year,

Ask future you and the magic of the lake to help you embody that word effortlessly.

Ask future you what you need to know right now to continue on your best path forward.

What's one thing you need to know?

Breathe that answer in.

Put your hand lightly on the lake.

Future you also puts their hand on the lake and watch that energy and goodness connect and ripple across.

Thank the lake.

Thank future you.

Thank yourself.

Take a moment to let feelings of gratitude,

Pride,

Joy take over your body.

Know that you are taken care of.

Commit to taking care of you.

On your next breath,

Stand up from the lake and begin walking back towards the stairs.

Feel yourself in your body and take the stairs back up.

Wheel your toes,

Shake your shoulders and open your eyes when you're ready.

Jot down anything you want to remember in your workbook or a notebook.
