What is it that makes you unique, and WHERE is it that you feel the most yourself? Where have you judged another for them being themselves? I am me.

I am free.

I am free to be.

I am me.

I am free.

And I choose to be.

No one can tell me how fast my heart beats.

No one can tell me how loud my mind speaks.

No one can change how I roar,

How I scream.

No one can tell me how big I can dream.

I only am me,

Just as much as you,

You.

And through my internal power,

That's when one becomes two.

When we sit in our uniqueness and beat to our own drum,

That's when there is harmony and an earth-resounding hum.

It is only through my difference do I keep my flame lit.

And it is when I see your difference as life's brilliance seeing fit.

I am me.

I am free.

I am free to be me.

No one can change how I roar and scream.

No one can tell me how big I can dream.

Close your eyes if you haven't already done so.

Relax your shoulders,

Your eyelids.

Relax your jaw,

Your sit bones falling softer to the seat beneath you.

Bring subtle focus to the air coming in and out of your nostrils.

Fall into harmony and grace and presence with where you are in this moment.

Pivot all focus that is external to internal now,

Like a boomerang.

Your energy peering outward now comes back inward.

Feel your internal body,

Your bones,

Your organs,

Your heart beating.

Ask yourself now where in my life do I not feel truly like myself?

Where do I still shape-shift or change who I am?

Where do I feel the most free to be me?

What does being me truly look like?

What can I do to bring more love for myself and my own uniqueness in my life?

What makes me different?

How can I love my difference?

Where have I judged another on their difference?

Where can I accept all difference in my life?

Stay there feeling warmth,

Feeling acceptance,

Feeling freedom to be yourself.

Picture yourself like a collage.

All these puzzle pieces,

All these pictures,

All of these fragments of who you are coming together,

None of them the same.

And come upward from a bird's eye view and see that no one is the same.

All a collage,

All puzzle pieces fitting together.

Give yourself immense acceptance,

Gratitude,

Love for where you are right now and who you are for you are like no other around you.

And truly accepting that brings you freedom to be who you are in all facets of your life.

As you come out of this meditation,

Bring all parts of you.

Feel free to be and affirm to yourself now,

I am me.

I am free.

I am free to be.

I am me.

I am free.

I am free to be me.

Flutter your eyes open when you're ready.

Take a big inhale,

A big exhale through the nose.
