Find yourself into a comfortable seated position or lying down.

Whatever works for you,

If it's on a chair,

Be sure to relax your body.

If you're seated on a chair,

Allow your feet to ground down onto the floor,

Your back to rest gently across the back of your chair.

Allow your hands to just fall naturally on your lap.

If you're seated cross-legged,

Allow your root to gently and slowly fall down to the earth.

Your back doesn't need to be too arched or rigid,

Just allow it to gently fall.

Then if you're lying down,

Just feel the back of your whole body now melting into the surface beneath.

Close your eyes if you haven't already done so.

Then begin to just relax your entire body starting from your toes,

Your feet,

Your ankles,

Your shins,

Your knees up to your thighs,

Your hips,

Sit bones.

Body grows soft and you feel it inhale and expand and exhale and contract.

Relax any tension in your chest,

Arms,

And shoulders,

Your neck.

Unclench your jaw.

Let your tongue fall from the roof of your mouth and remove any tension from your eyelids,

Your temples,

Your brows grow soft,

Your face and head fall heavy.

And although you have gone into this sense of relaxation,

We aren't here to fall asleep.

We're here to be fully present and allow your awareness to drift to your breath,

Gently flowing from your nose.

Cold on the inhale,

Warm on the exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale belly rise,

Rib cage rise,

Chest rises,

And exhale belly falls,

Rib cage falls,

Chest falls.

As you arrived in your space just now,

You're going to shift your inner awareness to your lower belly.

You're here to process,

Work through,

And answer any questions that you may have in regard to your emotional health and well-being.

As you're navigated through this journey,

Be sure to note any pangs or pangs of intuition that come to you,

Any first responses that come to you as you move through these self-reflection prompts for yourself.

In your lower belly now,

You may feel it rising and falling.

If it resonates,

This is the area of your womb,

Of creation,

Of reproductive organs,

And thereby your area of creativity.

This is also where we house our emotions.

As you focus here,

There is a fluttering feeling of calm energy that circulates around this area,

And you picture small white butterflies flying effortlessly and playfully around this area of your body now.

They are being birthed from here.

It is time to reflect on your story and what new chapter you are writing for yourself.

Without expectation,

Attachment,

Or judgment,

Ask yourself now,

What do I want to learn about my emotions?

What do I need to learn about myself?

What behaviors do I hold in my life that inhibit me from living a true,

Authentic,

And aligned life?

As you inhale and expand your belly,

Exhale the energy from your belly into your root.

This may be your legs,

Feet,

And buttocks.

This whole area right now is anchoring you down further and further into the ground through roots that are growing out of it,

All the way to the earth's crust.

These roots grow further.

Feel the heaviness of this area and fill this area with a red,

Circulating light.

This is our area of safety,

Structure,

Stability.

So with full presence here,

Ask yourself,

What events in my life have I felt unsafe?

Do I hold back in my life now to keep myself safe?

Have I suppressed my emotions?

Anything that has come to mind during these questions is fair for you to bring forth in your conscious time after this meditation.

For right now,

Allow these responses that you've heard or felt to come about without judgment.

Put them there as you exhale all of that energy that was in your root into your heart space.

Your heart space is the center of your chest.

We definitely feel emotion here,

As well as infinite love,

Eternal love,

Compassion,

Connection.

Maybe it feels like this space has expanded just a little bit as you focus your energy here.

So as you're in the heart space,

Begin to feel any tensions that may arise in your body.

Notice them and finish these sentences for yourself.

I feel.

.

.

I am feeling.

.

.

I am having these types of thoughts.

What are you feeling at this moment?

Where do you feel this emotion in your body?

I feel.

.

.

I am feeling.

.

.

I am having these types of thoughts.

Allow these words to become clear.

There's no judgment of the emotion.

This emotion is not good or bad.

It simply is.

It is in your body in that specified place.

As you inhale,

Gather up energy and light from the outside world.

And as you exhale,

Push that energy into that area of your body now.

I feel.

.

.

I am feeling.

.

.

I am having these types of thoughts.

These statements echo to you as you are in full acceptance of the emotion and what is.

You can now say to yourself,

I release any judgment I have held toward the emotions I feel and hold.

I now know that an emotion is a vessel to communicate to me through my body.

My emotion has a matched energetic frequency and vibration.

My emotion is not good or bad.

My emotion does not define who I am.

As you fall into deep acceptance,

Just in front of your heart,

The space in front of it,

You feel a presence.

It is you as a child staring up at you.

You greet this child and see into their eyes.

Maybe you haven't spoken in a while or not at all.

They are the age of which the most pinnacle moments stand out for you to this day.

See all of the crevices and shapes and forms and lines that is your uniqueness as a child.

As you stare at your child self,

You ask yourself,

What was this child taught?

Did they feel safe,

Protected,

Accepted,

Comfortable with who they were?

What did they do to protect themselves?

How did they receive love?

Did they need to paint themselves a certain way for others?

Based off these responses,

You can shift back to your emotion in your heart and ask yourself,

What is this feeling telling me?

Is my child self asking me to listen?

What am I feeling underneath it all?

What have I told myself about the situation or emotion I am feeling?

Have I given my power away?

Sit with the feeling now.

Become washed over with this feeling now.

And repeat to yourself,

I honor how I am feeling at this moment.

I love and accept myself for feeling this way.

I sit with my emotion.

I give it what it needs.

I listen to my child self.

I give them what they need.

As you sit there,

Lie there.

Picture yourself in an open field.

The temperature is just right for you.

The grass is green and you are barefoot,

Standing in this field with the sun beaming down on you.

Your feet sink into the ground just an inch deeper,

Firmly planted to the earth as if roots were sprouting from the bottom of your feet.

Through your mind,

Heart,

And soul,

This echoes and the roots grow further down.

I am safe.

Energy from the earth travels up your feet,

Up your legs,

And shoots all the way to your heart beaming forward.

An echo,

I am love.

And the energy from your heart travels all the way up to your crown emanating from the top of your head.

An echo,

I am worth.

And all places of your body are shining this energetic light from your feet,

Your heart,

Your hands,

The top of your head.

An echo,

I am.

I am.

I am.

You have cleansed your emotional frequency.

Keep the thoughts,

Ideas,

And responses to the questions you asked yourself as well as anything additional as you slowly come back into your physical space.

Watch the belly,

Rib cage,

Chest rise and fall naturally now.

Return to your breath.

Fall into your present and aware body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Flutter open your eyes gracefully.

And when you are ready,

Write down and journal all that came to your awareness through this process.

I wish you all the energetic cleansing and emotional acceptance through this journey.

Return here any time you are wanting to push aside how you feel.
