We go deep into our mind so that we are beyond our physical body. Feel your eternal consciousness as you sink into this hypnosis. This requires practice, so feel free to start at the beginning to fall deeper into your mind. Prepare for a deep meditative state. Fall into deep relaxation while expanding your intuition. This meditation is intended to clear the mind of thoughts, and enter into a trance-like state, to receive messaging from source and your inner knowing.

Transcript

Today's meditation we explore the vastness of the mind.

We fall into deep relaxation and expand our inner knowing and intuition.

This meditation is best listened to at a frequency for our third eye chakra.

Please find yourself in a comfortable seated position.

If you must lay down please do so and close your eyes and let them grow soft and have a heavy.

Release tension from any parts of the body.

Shoulders down.

Eyebrows released.

Jaw unclenched.

Eyelids soft.

Stare forward into the vast nothingness and darkness in front of you.

At any thought that passes allow it to simply pass and disintegrate to nothingness.

Your thoughts should seize shortly.

Concentrate on the darkness in front of you.

Dive deeper and deeper into your mind's space.

Quietly state in your head,

I am that I am that I am.

You have no control.

Dive deeper into the darkness.

Deeper.

Deeper.

I have no control.

I am that I am that I am.

I have no control.

I am that I am that I am.

Your mind's darkness wraps around your entire head.

It is now wide screen encompassing the universe in its entirety.

Fall heavier.

Deeper.

Go further into the darkness in front of you.

Begin to deepen your connection to the vastness of the mind.

Allow the next thought about yourself or what to do in life to come naturally.

It may come as a statement or a metaphor to decrypt.

Once you are deep enough,

Open up for anything to come through.

Ensure this is not a memory or something to do on your worry list.

This should be inner knowledge coming to you.

Make it as you wish.

If it is the former,

Such as something on your to do or worry list,

Please return to the beginning of this meditation to fall deeper into your mind.

Deeper,

Deeper into the vast darkness.

I have no control.

I am that I am that I am.

Allow anything to come to your mind now.

Once your inner knowing has come to light,

Fall deeper into that statement.

Sit silently,

Quietly.

Allow the vastness of the universe to surround you on all levels.

As you settle deeper into your mind's eye and darkness,

Picture a bright light on top of your head.

The space and tip right on top of your head beams upward and source energy comes flowing to you.

This bright beam of light allows for anything to come from source and from your own inner knowing and intuition to the forefront of your mind.

I have no control.

I am that I am that I am.

Allow this bright light to overcome your body and strong energy to rush through.

Feel the wave of source energy flowing through you at this moment.

Allow any final messages to come through and slowly close off the light on top of your head and begin to feel back into your physical body.

Come out of the vast darkness of your mind.

Focus your attention on your limbs,

Your seat and your physical breath.

As you exit this trance,

Remember any statements or transmissions you have received from source energy and from your inner knowing.

Allow yourself to exit in a relaxed state,

Present,

Aware and open to receive in your physical world as well.

You can open your eyes,

Blink open and slowly come out of the trance-like state you may have been in.

You can return to this anytime you feel you need to connect to source energy in your own internal soul.
