Your thoughts create reality and using this power you can send energetic protection to someone you care about.
Form a bubble of protective energy around them and set it there to stay for whenever they need it.
This protection can last as long as weeks depending on their own vibration.
The recipient might be far away from you but this doesn't matter because your energies transcend distance.
Okay,
So just bring your attention to within you now.
And as you begin to center yourself,
Become aware of the warmth and the power of your radiant heart chakra at your chest.
Unlocking that infinite energy now.
And just as you never run out of love to give,
Your heart chakra never runs out of radiant energy.
Just like the ever bright radiant sun,
Its glow is eternal.
Sense your capacity for helping and protecting those you wish to help and protect.
Sense this in the high vibrational energy of yours and as you truly realize this potential,
You confidently relax into a state of bliss and peacefulness.
Like a wave of relaxation starting at your heart and moving up through your shoulders,
Neck,
Face and head.
As every muscle releases all tension.
And now this wave of relaxation moves down from your heart,
Through your arms and hands,
Abdomen and legs.
Unwinding so effortlessly now.
As your subconscious mind comes forth and your subconscious mind is the bridge to the soul.
So just take a deep breath in for me.
Go ahead.
And as you breathe out,
Become aware of your energies intensifying,
Focused at your heart space.
And another deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Realize that in your true form,
You're a being of light.
And one more deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Truly step into your power and ability.

Well done.
So I want you to think of the person to whom you're sending energetic protection today.
Bring this person,
Animal or being to mind.
If visualization is easy for you,
Then picture them in your mind's eye.
Otherwise just think of them as if you're aware that they're sitting closely right in front of you.
It doesn't matter where they truly are in the world.
You're connecting with them just by thinking of them.
Seeing them in your mind's eye or sensing them there even more clearly now.
All right,
It's time to set your intention,
Which is always important.
And you can repeat after me,
Either within your mind or out loud,
While you see or sense them there in front of you.
You can say the following.
I freely give you these energies of protection.
That's,
I freely give you these energies of protection.
Go ahead.
Wonderful.
Okay.
Sense the energies at your heart space once more,
Really illuminating.
Feel how warming this feels and perhaps your inner vision is growing brighter too.
This energy will create the bubble of protection around them,
A gift for them to help protect them from any unhelpful or unpleasant energies that may come their way.
So now go ahead and raise your hands,
Either your etheric hands or your physical hands,
Whichever feels best for you.
Hold your hands out now,
Either side of their head,
Palms facing towards them.
With intention now,
Allow the energies from your heart space to flow down your arms and radiate from your palms.
Sense this happening now.
Golden white light flowing down your arms and out from your palms and beginning to form a protective shield around this person.
Slowly move your hands from the top of their head and down either side of their body until a glowing radiant sphere or bubble of love light energy has formed all around them.
Like the infinite creator that you are,
Create this bubble of protection around them.
I'll give you a few moments.

Finishing up now.
Well done.
And just bring your arms down now to the rested position you've done so well.
Just observe or sense the strength and beauty of this glowing sphere of protection around them that you have created.
And direct a thought of permanence towards it so that it lasts as long as possible.
Send them some love.
And feel your heart chakra energies returning to normal intensity now.
Take a moment,
Allowing the mental image and intense connection with your friend or loved one to fade.
And rest in your peace,
Feeling the vibration of gratitude for your efforts and for the person you care about.
You've been of great service today.
And take one more deep breath in.
And out,
Feeling energized and very high vibe.
