Sleep affirmations for a high vibration.

Welcome I'm Nikki Sutton.

Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.

Make sure you'll be undisturbed.

Dim the lights and lay in a very comfortable position.

Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.

Our subconscious mind is always listening,

Even during sleep.

Sleep affirmations help program our subconscious mind for manifesting.

First I'll relax you down for sleep,

Then I'll begin the sleep affirmations.

Here we go.

Begin to settle in and relax.

All is well.

And you can give yourself permission to let go of everything and be here now.

Allow everything which no longer serves you to melt away as you sink down into the bed you're laying on.

Let the bed take care of supporting your body as you fully relax.

Feel a wave of joyful relaxation starting at the top of your head,

Moving down over your face,

Relaxing your forehead,

The muscles around your eyes and your jaw.

Allow your jaw to drop to a comfortable position.

The wave of relaxation moves down and releases all tension from your shoulders.

Feel them fully relax.

This pleasant relaxing feeling continues on,

Making your arms and hands grow heavy as they loosen and unwind.

Feel your breathing settle to comfortable,

Rhythmic breaths.

Your stomach and back too are releasing any unwanted energies.

This wave of relaxation moves further still through your pelvic area,

Legs and feet as every single muscle relaxes and releases.

You are now very calm and relaxed,

Calm and relaxed as you drift into a deep deep state of contentment and calm.

In a moment I'll count you down to deepen you further and as I do so you will feel even more relaxed and peaceful.

And when I get to one,

I'll begin the sleep affirmations to raise your vibration.
