Everyone has periods of time when they could use a bit more positive thought and feeling in their lives.

You can harness the power of highly positive life affirmations by listening to them while you sleep.

Program your subconscious mind for a positive outlook.

Your subconscious mind is always listening,

Even during sleep.

So get really comfortable and allow me to relax you down for sleep.

Then I'll begin your sleep affirmations for a positive mind.

Just imagine for me that you're in the most relaxing,

Comforting scene possible.

Perhaps you're reclining on a beach chair at a secluded beach.

Maybe you're laying in the sunshine on a reclining garden chair surrounded by the most beautiful garden.

Perhaps there's a trickling waterfall or stream nearby.

Wherever it is,

Wherever you imagine you are,

Make it your safest,

Most cozy,

Relaxing place,

Laying down so comfortably.

Become aware of the energies there relaxing you,

Settling you,

Settling you down and encouraging every muscle in your body to release all tension.

You're so safe in this wonderful place of yours,

Your most special place.

Realize how comfortable you feel,

Easing into peacefulness,

Soothing away anything you've been carrying,

Anything weighing on your mind or bothering you.

It all flows away now.

Just take a deep breath in of the fantastic healing energies of this place.

And breathing out,

Letting everything that you just don't need simply flow away.

And again,

Inhaling healing,

Relaxing energies,

And exhaling all else that's not needed right now.

And these few deep breaths can help to relax you as you settle down for sleep.

And you can breathe normally now,

Feeling your head and neck relaxing so fully,

As the pleasant energies of this place spread so gently and lovingly throughout your body.

And all the muscles in your face want to relax too,

So you can allow them to do so.

Your brow can be free of all tension,

And so it is.

And this pleasant relaxation extends down your arms as they grow heavy and relaxed,

Down to your elbows,

Your wrists,

And to your fingertips.

Still aware of your wonderful surroundings,

Mindfully here,

Really enjoying settling down in this most welcoming,

Pleasant place.

A positive mind,

Positive thoughts and feelings are yours.

And any tension held in the muscles down your back simply melts away now,

As you relax more and more deeply.

And this gentle healing flow extends to your hips and pelvis,

And down to your thighs,

Knees and feet,

Becoming aware of all the muscles in your legs coming to complete rest.

And my words relax you more and more,

As you move and flow closer and closer to sleep,

To that soothing place of healing rest,

Just surrender to sleep.

And you need not try,

You can just allow.
