Heal anger sleep meditation. This sleep talk down is designed to calm and heal anger while you sleep. First I relax you down for sleep, performing a gentle visualization to relieve angry outbursts or long-held anger, then I begin the sleep affirmations to help you let go of anger for good, reducing and healing it. Your subconscious mind is always listening, even during sleep. Lots of love!

Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.
Make sure you'll be undisturbed and lay down in a very comfortable position.
And just allow your sleepy eyelids to grow heavier and heavier as they begin to close,
Ready for a blissful night's sleep.
So just settling down now,
Beginning to relax.
Just assured that the words anger or angry or any such like won't be used after the first few minutes of this sleep meditation and never during the sleep affirmations.
Your subconscious mind only receiving affirmations with positive wording here,
Although we need to refer to the topic at the start.
So here we go.
Make it your intention to fully relax now as you welcome a night of deep sleep.
And trust that this night and every night after will provide you with deep,
Restful,
Replenishing sleep as soon as you lay down to rest.
All those muscles all over your body are beginning to settle down,
Relaxing down,
Relaxing more and more.
And while your body winds away and releases all tension and relaxes more and more without trying too hard,
Just recalling some memories but not opening them up too much,
But recalling those times when angry feelings have arisen for you.
Just letting them arise for a moment without feeling those feelings but just remembering one or two times.
Now if those feelings could represent an animal for you,
Which animal would they be?
Perhaps something like a lion or a wolf or a bear.
Just whatever animal represents those strong feelings for you,
The feelings that arise in certain situations,
That can happen perhaps due to past circumstances and events that leave us feeling a certain way.
Feelings that can arise perhaps when we're not coping so well and we're feeling overwhelmed.
And you're working on healing any past events that gave rise to these feelings,
Events that left us feeling a certain way.
You're working on healing them now so that you can remain calm,
Peaceful and in control in any challenging situation.
So this animal which represents those more fiery feelings,
Release it from your mind and body now.
Sense,
See or feel this animal leaving your mind and body now.
Disappearing altogether.
Away it goes.
Perhaps disappearing into nothingness or going to live somewhere else in the world in its natural habitat where it can spend time healing.
And such a relief this is,
As you relax further down down,
Drifting towards sleep.
Every part of your body melting so effortlessly down into tranquility.
And maybe you can welcome a new animal now.
What kind of peaceful,
Loving animal will you welcome to lead you,
To guide you,
To inspire you in challenging situations so that your calmness,
Understanding and level headedness shine through?
Perhaps you'll welcome the wise elephant or the gentle herbivore the panda.
A white dove may be arriving with you to represent peace,
But whatever calming sort of animal comes to you now,
Welcome it into your heart.
See or just sense this happening.
And this new energy will guide you moving forward.

You can release the past and old histories that may have been contributing to your feelings in the present day.

Patience and understanding heal all.
I release emotions that don't serve me and welcome calmness and clarity into my life.
I am responding more gently in stressful situations from now on.
I find solutions to problems while my feelings remain composed and soothed.
I can find forgiveness in challenging moments.
I take a moment before I react and I choose how to react and I do so in constructive ways.
My emotions are healing.
My emotions remain positive when facing difficulties because I know I can work to help and remedy such circumstances.
I have a steadfast and innate sense of inner peace.
I transcend anything that would normally serve to reduce my composure and I remain composed.
When I communicate with others I do so reasonably,
Calmly and with understanding.

Even the heated emotions of others are a chance for me to lead by example and remain calm.

If a situation is becoming too stressful I take a break from it to reset my emotions.
I walk away from confrontation when it's time to do so.
I am peace loving.
It feels good to promote positive,
Compassionate resolution.
I take care of my well being.
I practice understanding and forgiveness.
I am so cool and calm that I can help comfort and reassure others.
I calm down quickly if my emotions are adversely affecting others and I remove myself from the situation.
The path of reason and calm discussion is better.
I am strong but gentle.
I accept my emotions no matter what they are and pledge to counsel myself through the tougher ones comforting and reassuring myself.
I respond to others with a more gentle approach.
I release or transcend anything that might serve to trigger me and remain cool,
Collected and in control of my emotions.
I treat others with kindness and compassion.
I treat myself with kindness and compassion.
Everything is in perfect divine order so I trust that the universe provides the best for me and it will.

I choose who I am so anything unwanted from the past will leave me now as I choose who and how to be.

Challenges,
Situations and any confrontations are temporary.

I am managing stress and healing it with times of relaxation.
If I feel stress releasing on others I stop and take time to relax.
I take time out to calm myself and regain my composure.
Trivial things don't serve to sway my composure.
I deescalate situations with my peaceful approach looking to find compassionate solutions for everybody.
I remember how I feel in my beautiful relaxing place and I bring those good feelings into any moment that's needed.
I am feeling better in challenging or stressful situations.
I care about the people and things that matter in life.
I save my energy when faced with situations that ultimately don't matter in the long run.
Feeling unreactive and walking away if I choose.

Emotions that don't serve my highest good leave me now.

When I experience emotions that I wish to calm I take a deep breath and exhale them away.
