Diamond White Light I Am Presence Meditation

We will journey to a beautiful diamond-white planet. We will join with beings of high vibration who will increase your energy and offer healing. You can work with the white light to cleanse and heal your body. We then direct this healing light to all of the Earth as we connect with Earth and Cosmic energy and share the love and light!

There are affirmations and words of encouragement to step into your I AM presence.

And relaxing into your space,

Preparing yourself now for meditation,

Moving inside and letting the world inside come to life now as you relax and enjoy and let go.

As you hear these words,

Let the smile that comes to your heart spread throughout your body,

Helping you to feel that joy,

Feel that warmth moving through your entire body,

Glowing the light in your heart getting brighter now.

Come with me on a journey as we move through a beautiful meadow.

There's green grass blowing in the wind.

There's sun shining on your face and it's not too warm.

It's perfectly comfortable,

Exactly how you like it.

And walking through that lush,

Beautiful grass that feels so soft on your feet,

Moving through this wonderful meadow,

Breathing in the sense of nature all around you and taking a moment to listen to the sounds,

Noticing birds and insects and whatever is around you right now.

Just being okay with what you hear,

Being okay with what's happening,

Being at peace,

Letting everything exist just as it is,

Just as you do now.

Feeling that beautiful sunlight once again on your face and starting to notice that that sun,

That sunlight you feel is a portal that's beckoning you to join it,

To come closer now.

And you feel so light,

You feel so wonderful now that you move up,

Up,

Up towards that sun.

You're lifting gently in the air and you're moving slowly at first towards that sunlight,

Moving,

Moving,

Gently lifting.

And as you take breaths deep into your body,

You pull that light deep into your body as you move towards that sunlight,

Move towards that portal of light.

And you're moving faster now towards that portal of light,

Moving,

Moving,

Moving.

And you go right through that sunshine,

Right through that wormhole and you come out the other side and you're in the deep expanse of space and it's black,

But there's light everywhere.

There's stars shining everywhere,

Everywhere you look,

There's light as you move through this expanse,

Through the black and you're in that beautiful expanse of space with stars floating everywhere.

And you start to notice one beautiful star shining out amongst all the others.

It's catching your eye.

It's lighting up.

It's brightening.

It's glowing whiter and whiter.

And you start to move towards that bright star.

You start to move towards that bright light and you notice it's diamond light,

Diamond energy that's shining into space,

Calling you forward.

And moving now towards that diamond light,

Getting closer and closer.

And you cross through a barrier of diamond light and it brightens even more brighter and brighter and amplifying and illuminating.

And soon you find that you're standing on the surface of this beautiful white planet,

This beautiful white place.

It's glowing and it's bright.

It's so bright.

It's so luminescent that you're becoming a part of it.

You can't help but glow and shine as you are.

And as you stand in this place,

You feel the energy of this glowing place.

You feel this cleansing white light and you start to notice there's beings around you that are here to help you with this cleansing and this vibration.

They feel wonderful.

They feel amazing.

They're here to help.

And you reach out your hands and they join with you now,

Taking your hand.

And as you feel it,

You feel that energy increase.

You feel that energy moving through your body,

Moving through your light vibration.

Holding onto them and taking your hand,

You start to get a sense of them,

How they feel beside you.

What do you notice about them?

What do they look like to you?

How do they feel?

How did they make you feel?

And they ask you now to gently lay down on this beautiful bed of white right in front of you.

It appears almost by magic and it fits you perfectly.

And you lay down in this white,

Beautiful glowing bed with these wonderful beings around you.

And you feel this diamond white energy now moving through your body,

Clearing and cleansing,

Releasing anything you were holding onto,

Releasing anything negative.

You can see it now draining out of your body as this beautiful white light moves from head to toe.

And the white light is moving through the crown of your head,

Moving through the center of your forehead now.

Just breathing as this white light keeps moving through your body,

Moving through your throat,

Clearing and cleansing,

Releasing anything that no longer serves and moving down through your shoulders,

Through your lower back,

Releasing any tension,

Release,

Release,

Let go.

Moving through your heart space now,

Releasing,

Removing,

Letting go.

As it touches that heart space,

Feeling your heart light up with that white,

Beautiful light.

Feeling your connection to this place,

Feeling your connection to Source,

To all that is.

Feeling that you have that spark inside of you.

And this white light is amplifying that energy now.

It's glowing brighter.

You can even feel it in your own heart right now,

Glowing and lifting and brightening,

Touching the Source.

And that light continues to move through your body,

Moving through your stomach now,

Moving through your power center,

Moving through cleansing and clearing,

Releasing anything that's no longer needed.

And as it moves through that stomach,

It cleans the digestion,

It cleans everything that's been going on there,

Letting go,

Letting go,

Helping you feel better,

Helping to amplify your power center.

And moving lower,

Cleaning out through the rest of your lower body,

Cleaning,

Cleansing,

Lightening up.

Moving through your base now,

Clearing and cleansing.

And down through your legs,

Releasing,

Releasing.

And that white light moves all the way through the bottom of your feet and goes even further now,

Connecting you lower,

Lower,

Moving down to the earth from wherever you are,

Connecting you to the earth,

And moving down,

Down,

That white light connecting through the earth and to the center of the earth now.

It's found a giant crystal in the center of Mother Gaia that's lighting up,

Bright white diamond light that's connected through this earth center that's come from you,

From the cosmos,

From this planet,

Through your body,

Connecting in with the earth center now.

And the earth center,

Mother Gaia sends up her light from this crystal,

From this trunk,

From these roots that grow up into your feet.

This light comes up in through your feet now,

And you start to feel that deep connection to the planet.

You feel this light that you've sent returning back to you,

Reciprocating into your body,

And you move it as you breathe up through your feet,

Into your base,

And into your sacral,

And through your power center in your stomach,

And into your heart center now,

Meeting and merging with this cosmic energy,

Meeting and merging and joining in your heart center.

And these two energies,

These colors start to merge and combine in your heart center,

Swirling and balancing this yin and this yang energy,

Balancing and creating harmony within you as you join with earth and cosmic energy,

Breathing into balance.

And you open your heart even more now,

And you work with this energy that is now balancing,

And you feel so good within,

It's overflowing from your heart center,

That you can't help but send it back towards the surface of this planet.

Send it out to all the lights,

All the hearts that are open on the surface of the planet earth,

That are open to receive this energy and this light now,

For you have experienced this diamond white energy,

You have experienced this cleansing and this clearing and this healing now,

And you can't help but share it with all those who would like to receive.

So breathe it out now from your heart center to anyone who would like to receive this light on our earth now,

Sending peace,

Sending healing,

Sending energy,

Light,

And vibration to anyone who would like to receive.

Bathing in this glow now,

Knowing that you have received profound healing on this day,

You have connected to diamond white energy,

And you have worked with it through your beautiful vessel,

Your body that you have on this earth,

And you have sent that light to others,

You have sent out so much energy now,

And it comes back to you tenfold,

It can't help but reciprocate back,

You have created a torus of earth energy and cosmic energy pouring in through your body now,

Feel that energy come up through your body,

Shoot out your crown the top of your head and feel that energy pour from the cosmos,

Moving through the center of your body,

Your pranic tube,

And recycling,

Removing,

Renewing through your whole body center from the top through your feet and from your feet through the top,

Cycling,

Cycling in this beautiful torus of cosmic earth energy,

Feel it lighting up and expanding and increasing around you,

Feel that energy field that you are creating,

You are this walking torus moving through the earth,

And as you move through the earth,

You touch others with this beautiful energy,

As you move through your day,

You connect with those around you,

You meet the eyes of the person you walk by,

And you notice their beautiful glowing soul,

And your souls touch and connect,

And you know that this is who you truly are,

There's no need to hide behind the shadow that you put on the mask that you wear in this earth for your beautiful glorious soul can reach out and touch others,

It can connect easily,

You can do this through your heart center and you can do this through your eyes,

And you can do this through the smile that you send through the kind word you give to another to the compliment that you share,

For you know deep down that you are connected to this light,

And so are all others and everyone else,

And you feel this,

You accept this,

You own this now,

You step into your I am presence,

For you are,

And always shall be,

And always will be,

And will continue on and on and on,

And you feel this now as these words are spoken,

You feel this in your body,

You feel that source,

That cosmic,

That joyful connection,

And these beautiful friends that are holding your hand make their presence known to you once again,

They connect with you once again,

They build that strength that's around in the circle that's around you,

And as you tune into that vibration,

They bring you something for you to experience now,

A gift they would like to give you,

They place this into your hand,

And know that whatever impression you receive now in this moment is the gift they would like to impart to you,

Open yourself for this gift now and take note of what they offer,

And with this beautiful gift they've offered you now,

Gently with your heart ask what you should do with this gift,

What is the purpose,

What is the message in this gift that they give you now,

And your heart knows the answer,

Whatever you've received now is exactly what was meant to be,

Trust in what has come through for you in this moment,

And trust what comes through for you in guidance anytime you connect in this way,

Anytime you breathe into your heart,

Anytime you center yourself and move into the space,

Trust the guidance and the wisdom that comes through for you are tapping into your highest potential,

You are tapping into benevolent beings who are working with and helping you,

You are tapping into that part of you that has the bigger picture,

Who knows that you are on your path wherever you are,

And who knows that you are making your efforts,

You are making your choices to align with and walk your highest and best timeline,

Your best and highest path,

This is what you align with and come into practice with now.

They want you to know in this moment and always that you are not alone,

You are never alone,

You are never disconnected from this light,

And even as you move towards different paths,

Even as you face obstacles,

As you may feel grief,

As you may feel heavy feelings and low vibrations,

This is part of the experience you were meant to have,

This is part of the experience that you signed up for,

That you created for yourself,

And you are just experiencing things that you have asked for,

That you have wanted,

And so as you do,

You move into these experiences with joy,

You look at the events that have happened to you,

And you realize there is an understanding that has come from these,

And as you take that understanding now,

You begin to move forward in a joy-filled way,

You begin to look at each opportunity and notice that there is an understanding available to you within it,

And noticing once again you are still in this light-filled space,

You've had this diamond cleansing light move through you,

You sent this out into the earth and into the planet,

You've sent out this peace and this joy and this feeling that you have,

You've shared with others,

And now in this moment,

Ask these beings,

Ask these guides,

Ask your internal compass if there is something else you should know and what you should do with your life and your purpose,

And accepting and knowing that what has transpired is what is meant to be,

Knowing you have had a profound experience even now,

And knowing that you have accessed this beautiful place of healing through these methods,

And now you can come back at any point,

Ask for a touch point,

That they may be here with you,

That you may be here now by simply willing it to be so,

By simply thinking of this moment,

You can be back in this space to work in this wonderful high vibrational way,

In whatever way that best serves you,

And now you are able to access this place once again anytime you choose,

That is the gift bestowed upon you today,

And moving into your heart space,

Thanking these beings for being with you,

Thanking that divine presence,

That benevolence,

That part of you that is guiding and leading you,

Thanking it for bringing you to this place today,

For what has transpired,

And standing up from this beautiful white bed,

Looking up at the sky,

This beautiful white bed,

Looking out from the star,

This white light,

This place you've been in,

And noticing once again that beautiful golden sun shining through space,

And as you notice it,

You start to head towards it,

Thanking all of these beautiful beings for helping you,

Heading towards that sun,

Flying towards it,

And you're there moving toward that sun,

Going back through this portal,

And down,

Down,

Slowly,

Gently,

Back to the earth place that you came from,

Back into that meadow,

Heading toward that gorgeous beautiful green grass,

And landing gently now with your feet back on the grass,

Moving back towards the path to where you came from,

Noticing that at the end of this meadow,

There is a portal that brings you back to your earth place,

To where you are sitting or lying down,

And you're back there now,

Taking with you what you've experienced,

Moving that into your daily life,

Knowing that this is how you want to be,

This is what you will access as you move towards your day,

And you will take it with you and bring it to others,

And breathing back into your place now,

Knowing you're where you're meant to be,

Knowing that you are connected once again to your earth place,

To your current life,

Knowing that you are grounded,

You're exactly in the right place at the right time,

And everything that is unfolding for you is unfolding in divine timing,

Taking a few more deep breaths,

Knowing all is well,

And open your eyes and come back into this space when you're ready.
