
Shift Stuck Thinking Into Gratitude Expansion
In this short mind/body awareness track we look at a thought, a story we tell ourselves or a loop that runs through the mind and expands on its own or comes up within your day. Then we check in with the body and notice if we feel it within our body and if there is a message. Then we ask for the thought and feeling to move along and shift. We then go into a gratitude thought, something we are thankful for, notice it, think it, feel it, and then ask it to expand and we can notice how that feels within our body! We are present and aware of our mind and body and what is going on. It's a short practice to help you look at this and then take the practice on as something you can do for yourself anytime.
