Hello,
Beautiful one.
Thank you for joining me today as we do this little journey to release and let go.
To contemplate something that has been coming up for us,
And by that I just mean to open up a thought.
What's something that's been coming up in your day that's been sitting with you,
That's on your mind?
And say hello.
Hello to that thing that was on my mind.
It's perhaps opening up and expanding and playing out.
And just notice that your mind wants to do something with it.
It wants to look at it.
It wants to repeat it,
Perhaps.
And as that thing comes up that's on your mind and it repeats or it takes you in a direction,
Check in with your body.
Is there an emotion that's coming up for you?
Is there a feeling?
Is there somewhere that you notice this thought is connecting to your body?
And isn't that interesting how this thing in your mind,
This thought,
This something that kept coming up for you today and came up in this moment,
Has made some kind of connection within your body?
And if you don't notice a connection in your body,
That's okay as well.
But if you do,
What could you do to move through that,
To acknowledge it's been there,
It's coming up?
And so what does your mind,
What does your body want you to understand about what's been coming up for you?
And as you notice that,
Whatever came to your mind,
Whatever came to your body just now was exactly the message,
Was what it wanted you to know.
And so we say thank you.
Thank you to our mind for doing its job of thinking and perhaps going through more of a scenario,
A bigger picture,
Thank you for those thoughts.
And thank you body for the message and the feeling that came with it,
We thank you.
And now we let go of that,
Because there is someone,
Something,
Observing these thoughts,
Observing this body.
And as we notice this now,
We realize that that someone,
Something,
That's a part of us that observes,
Can make a different choice.
And so we make the different choice now to release this thing that's been on our mind.
And we let it go,
Out into the ether,
Out into the world.
We let it go now.
And there is stillness in this moment.
There is a pause.
It has been released,
And we are choosing to not go through this loop,
To not expand upon this thought,
To not feel this in our body anymore in this moment.
And what a wonderful choice and release that we have done in this moment.
And be grateful.
Grateful you can make this choice,
Grateful you can make this shift.
And now,
As you're moving into gratitude for your body,
For the message,
For your mind,
For the thought,
Think and come up with something else that you are grateful for within your life,
Within your day.
What's something that is wonderful,
Something that is amazing,
Something that is just a small thing that you are grateful for?
Any of those things will do.
And as you think about that thing in that moment,
Notice that it's in your mind,
And where does it connect in your body?
Where do you feel that gratitude?
Where do you feel that thankfulness?
And what does that feel like?
And as you notice that feeling,
That thought,
Let it expand and let it grow through your body.
This thankfulness,
This gratitude,
This wonderful feeling.
Feel it expanding and occupying space within your body.
Feeling it expanding and occupying space within your mind.
And feeling the connection between all of that.
Your mind connecting with your heart,
Connecting in your body,
Realizing that it's all working together and it's all working for you.
It's all being there for you,
And you are being present with it and in this moment.
And just sit back and notice all that is coming to you as you've moved into this gratitude moment for this thing in your life that you felt in your body,
And notice within you,
And notice you're observing your gratitude and your thankfulness now for this thing.
And both of these practices that you have done have been you mindfully being intentional.
You have brought up something that's been on your mind that keeps returning for you,
That's been a thought,
That's been present.
You've sat with it,
You've noticed it,
You've got a message from it,
And you let it go.
And then you brought to mind something you were grateful for,
And you thought about it,
You felt it,
You noticed it in your body,
And then you expanded that feeling and that thought.
And notice now if there is a difference between the two for you.
And notice now how easy this was,
And how you can do this for yourself at any time.
And you can also return to this guidance to do it together,
Or you can play with it,
You can have fun with it through your day.
You can notice something's coming up,
You can be present with it,
Thank your mind,
Thank your body,
And say,
Okay,
I choose to move into something else.
And then you can bring in that thing you're grateful for,
And thank your mind,
And feel it in your body,
And then expand it,
And feel that feeling more.
And notice how that takes you into the next part of your day,
And that takes you into the next thought.
And sometimes you just sit with it,
And sit in the silence or the pause.
What a wonderful thing you've done for yourself today,
Being mindful and aware,
And moving into gratitude and gratefulness.
You are such a wonderful being,
Such a wonderful soul,
And exploring in this way is opening you up to what you are capable of,
Because there is an infinite amount of possibilities of what you can do.
So thank you for going on this journey with me,
Thank you for spending this little bit of time,
