Welcome to this guided meditation on gratitude as a catalyst for abundance.
I invite you to find a comfortable seated meditative position.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow your spine to be straight,
Shoulders relaxed and your hands rested easily on your thighs or knees or in front of your belly and just allow your breath to ground you into this present moment.
Allow your body to settle into the here and now.
Today we're going to be focusing on one of the most powerful tools for shifting our energy into fulfillment.
Gratitude.
Gratitude isn't just a nice thought,
It's an amplifier of abundance.
When we focus on what we're grateful for we send a signal to the universe and our subconscious mind that we are open to receiving even more goodness,
Even more blessings and even more abundance in our lives.
It's really important to remember that in this moment in your life you are lacking nothing.
When you shift from lack to already seeing abundance everywhere in the here and now in your life you will attract more abundance as a bonus.
Not because it's going to fulfill something within you but knowing you already are abundant.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale imagine yourself releasing abundance into everything everywhere into your environment,
Permeating through all time and space.
And as you inhale again you're breathing in this spaciousness filled with abundance,
Filled with gratitude,
With a deep knowing that everything is always working out for you.
Knowing that the universe is a benevolent force that loves you so much.
Focusing on gratitude.
How does it feel to live from a grateful heart?
To no longer complain about how things should be when things don't go your way.
Focusing on the people or the situations that bring you discomfort but just focusing on the good that's already present.
Just for now,
Just for now.
It is not bypassing anything but just giving yourself permission to feel the goodness.
Even if it's just one thing that you could be grateful for that is more than enough.
When we acknowledge even the smallest blessings,
Guess what?
They begin to compound and suddenly our entire perspective shifts.
And we are able to jump into a completely different timeline.
When we get really good at shifting our perspectives.
When we start creating and co-creating our reality.
Our mind is a great tool,
Our heart an amplifier,
A magnetizer.
And our gratitude an even bigger super amplifier.
So how about we start to see magic in everything?
Even in the midst of something simple like wow our body is working hard to keep us alive right now.
So now dear one let's take a moment to anchor into gratitude through our five senses.
I invite you to take a nice deep breath in and exhale.
Now I invite you to bring into your mind's eye,
Visualize something really beautiful that you are grateful for.
Maybe it's looking at yourself in the mirror and being grateful.
Grateful that you exist,
Grateful for this life.
Or perhaps it's the golden glow of the sunlight.
Sound.
Just notice if you can hear anything in the background.
Perhaps being grateful for the sounds of the birds singing.
Or perhaps being grateful for your favorite song.
Feel into a sensation that brings you comfort that you can be grateful for.
Perhaps it's giving your body a nice hug and squeeze,
Being grateful for your body,
For your vessel.
Smell.
Inhale deeply and notice any scents.
What are you grateful for?
What smell?
Maybe it's a smell of your favorite candle,
Your favorite drink,
Your favorite meal.
Or maybe it's a smell of crispy air.
Now taste.
Recall your favorite flavor,
Maybe it's from a meal,
From your favorite chocolate,
Your dessert.
What are you grateful for?
Each of these moments that you brought to your visualization through your mind's eye,
Your senses,
Is a reminder that abundance is all around you.
It is in the here and now.
And that anything else that you're able to manifest is a bonus.
You are already so abundant and really feel into that,
Know that in your being.
Experience everyday life from a lens,
From an embodiment,
From a sensation and a sight of abundance.
And notice how everything else will continue to expand.
Life becomes more rich and fulfilling and definitely more magical.
Now I invite you to repeat these affirmations with me and just allow them to settle into the fertile soil of your heart.
I am grateful for the abundance that surrounds me.
Every breath I inhale is a gift.
My life is filled with abundance and blessings.
Gratitude opens a door to even more abundance in my life.
I choose to focus on what is good and more good flows to me effortlessly.
I am thankful for the love and abundance present in my life.
I appreciate my life for what it is now.
Gratitude brings more energy and abundance into my life.
I am abundance and abundance is me.
I invite you now to bring your arms out wide like wings and then circle your arms up into the sky,
Towards the sky.
Yes,
Point your fingers up,
Reach for the stars,
Reach for the sun,
The moon.
Feel your spine elongated as your arms are reaching up.
And just imagine abundance flowing all around you,
All above you.
And the abundance starts to flow through your fingertips,
Through your palms,
Through the crown of your head,
Down your face,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Down your chest,
Through your heart,
Down your belly,
Hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
Lower legs,
All the way to the soles of your feet and your toes.
The abundance moves from the cosmos through you,
Down into Mother Earth.
And then Mother Earth fills your body with abundance as well,
Moving up through the soles of your feet,
All the way up your body,
Through your spine and out through the crown of your head.
Bring a big smile to your face and just start to give yourself a nice wiggle wiggle dance.
And just notice how your body feels when your body is filled with abundance.
You can give yourself a nice shake,
You can even do a little dance.
Abundance feels nourishing,
It feels expansive,
It feels ecstatic,
It feels alive,
It feels like love,
It feels like life force energy.
Take three deep breaths here and then gently place your hands over your heart and whisper to yourself,
I am open to the abundance that surrounds me.
I am so abundant and abundance loves me.
And now,
When you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
And now carry this feeling and carry this practice with you today and every day.
Notice the small joys,
The kindness,
The gifts,
The blessings in every moment.
Be present with life.
The more present you are,
The more beauty,
The more magic,
The more abundance you will see.
Be present.
Gratitude is a catalyst for abundance.
Allow it to transform how you see the world and allow it to invite even more abundance into your life.
You are abundance and you are enough.
