I invite you to place your hands on your heart and gently close your eyes and take three deep belly breaths.
Now dropping into your heart space and just feel the pulsating of your heartbeat.
As you breathe feel your heart expanding more and more increasing your capacity to love and to receive.
Now I invite you to tune into the word,
The vibration,
The frequency of abundance.
What does being abundant mean to you?
How does abundance make you feel?
What are you grateful for now in your life?
And allow the gratitude within you to expand your consciousness.
You have everything you need within you and anything else is a bonus.
You are the most precious and the most important person in your life.
Allow your love to expand your entire being and let love flow into everything you touch,
See and experience.
Be with this abundant feeling,
Let it flow.
Remember you are love and you are loved.
Abundance comes from within you.
You are abundance.
Now slowly start to come back to your breath bringing your awareness,
Your current state of being to your new state of being that is more abundant than ever.
