Com This is the meditation for our solar plexus chakra.
It is the third chakra in our energy system,
Located 2 inches above the navel.
This chakra represents courage,
Confidence,
Self-worth and our connection to the material world.
When the solar plexus chakra is balanced,
We are able to make better decisions,
We are confident,
There is high self-esteem and we are successful in our work or business.
So let's get started with our solar plexus chakra meditation.
I would like you to close your eyes and focus on your breath.
I would like you to take a deep breath and hold it for a second.
And now let go of all the tension as you exhale.
That's right.
Now take another deep breath.
Hold it for a second.
And as you exhale,
Breathe out all the stress.
Very nice.
Now take the third breath.
Hold it.
And exhale.
Now come back to your normal breathing pattern.
You are listening to me and this only means you are allowing yourself to relax and let go.
All thoughts are simply fading away somewhere in the distance.
And with each breath,
You are getting more and more relaxed with your breath so rhythmic and shallow.
I wonder if you could bring your focus towards your solar plexus.
Bring all your focus towards the area just two inches above your navel.
And as you do that,
You notice there is a small candle flame in your solar plexus glowing and giving golden healing energy.
And as I count from three down to one,
You will be able to activate your solar plexus chakra.
Three.
Imagine the candle flame growing and becoming bigger.
Illuminating the entire stomach area with its golden glow.
You can feel its warmth.
It is so loving and nice.
Imagine the golden glow moving in a clockwise direction.
Like a fan or perhaps like a wheel.
And as you visualize that,
You notice all the blockages and unwanted emotions in these solar plexus are getting dissolved.
Have all of that some shape or color and see them getting dissolved into the golden light.
Now too,
Imagine the golden glow becoming so vibrant,
Shimmering and radiant.
Strengthening your solar plexus chakra with all the confidence,
Courage and happiness.
Now one.
Notice how beautifully your solar plexus chakra is balanced,
Free from unwanted blockages and unwanted emotions.
All you can notice in your solar plexus is the yellow color or the golden shimmering glow of strength,
Confidence and success.
Your solar plexus chakra is now balanced.
You believe in yourself and have high self-esteem.
You are successful in personal and professional life.
You're strong and courageous.
You honor yourself.
You have great inner power.
You are assertive and positive.
I am now going to leave you here for a while so that you enjoy this beautiful state of relaxation.

At five,
You will be fully awake,
Feeling good and light with your solar plexus chakra completely activated and balanced.
So start coming up with one,
