So close your eyes and repeat affirmations after me.
I let go of thoughts that do not serve me.
I trust that things will work out.
I choose peace and calm.
My mind is clear and stress-free.
I embrace freedom.
I choose faith over fear.
I choose peace over worry.
I am aware of my breath.
With every breath I take I feel more relaxed.
I am aware of my body.
In this moment I am safe and everything is okay.
I am mindful of my thoughts.
I observe my thoughts and let them pass.
I am kind towards myself.
I am strong and grounded.
I trust I can easily handle whatever comes my way.
I breathe in calmness.
Everything is okay.
I am now going to count down from five down to zero.
With each count down these affirmations will go deeper into your subconscious mind.
