I am worthy of being me,

No matter the circumstances.

Hello,

My name is Nathalie,

I am a spiritual healer,

Movement facilitator,

Energy medicine practitioner and nutritionist.

With this short recording,

I want to talk about unconditional worthiness.

It is a concept that is easy to understand from the mind,

From the logical mind,

Though it is pretty difficult to get to the understanding from the core of your being.

This is why I have already created a recording that you can find in my profile.

And with this one,

Basically you are going to receive some reinforcement,

Or if you have not listened to the other track,

You can listen to it afterwards.

Continual reinforcement,

Repetition,

Will help you to grasp this concept.

But then,

When you have grasped the concept,

Of course there is a deep inner work that needs to happen.

And I can't do this for you.

You need to have that focus,

That willingness to feel worthy,

No matter what.

It is the meaning of unconditional worthiness to feel worthy,

No matter the circumstances in your life.

If you are here,

It is certainly because you had a realization that you are physical and you are also spirit.

You are vibration,

You are energy.

Something happens at a level that is not visible to your eyes.

When we consider the logical mind,

The physicality of who we are,

It is actually quite simple to feel worthy,

Because we will actually establish a list.

It is like revisiting your entire life and saying,

I do have a value,

I matter,

I am a good person because I did this and I did that and I did this and I did that.

So in appreciating some moments,

In appreciating what you have created for yourself,

For others,

Some gestures that you have offered,

Some forgiveness that you have been able to go through,

Then you might say,

Yes,

Now I feel worthy,

I have done good.

There is a limit to this one.

What when you actually have absolutely no evidence of worthiness?

What if for the last six months,

Year,

Two years,

Three years,

Life has shown you that you can't feel worthy of having what you want?

Or perhaps you have an idea you want to create something and you have no evidence that it will be received.

How can you feel worthy of creating your creation and sharing it with the world if there is no evidence and you are maybe criticized?

Some people are questioning your idea.

No one has done this before.

What do you do?

This is where worthiness without condition is relevant.

And I've learned that.

I understand that one.

So if you are still here,

Well done,

Because I will deliver what is actually the path to feel worthy,

No matter what.

To feel worthy,

Even if you have been failing,

Even if you have been mistaking,

Even if you have been doing wrong to another,

To yourself,

Even if there is no evidence that your idea can actually be birthed.

The path to unconditional worthiness starts with a dedication to love yourself without condition.

It is a practice that you can start now.

It is about embracing.

And when I say embracing,

It's first of all acknowledging your emotions,

Your thinking,

Your actions,

The present,

The past,

And also the thoughts about the future.

When you commit yourself to acknowledge every bit of yourself,

It's not an easy path,

But it is beautiful.

When you can embrace yourself,

First of all,

You will actually find a deep peace.

You're okay,

No matter what.

And your relationships,

Your interactions will be so different.

Because you will learn awareness,

You will learn to take responsibility for yourself.

And yeah,

At the start of it,

It's a deep acceptance of who you are.

So we were talking about worthiness,

And I will tell you where it fits.

When you are actually willing,

Willingness is all that counts.

Because from that willingness,

Everything will unfold perfectly.

It is a daily job of yours to commit to love yourself no matter what.

And from that loving yourself,

Of course,

You will take some actions to love yourself more.

It doesn't mean you should stay in,

I love myself,

I don't need to change.

No,

The more you love yourself,

The more you're going to see clearly patterns,

Ways of thinking that you can change.

And when you do so,

At some point,

Will be the time,

And maybe it's already there for you,

You want to feel worthy no matter what.

But as I said,

It starts with unconditional self-love.

At some point,

You will have to ask yourself,

Okay,

Is my existence important?

What do I think about my beingness,

My life?

Not only physical,

But this pure,

Unique energy that is me.

Do that exercise to pour love,

So much love,

Onto your beingness,

Onto your existence.

And ask yourself,

Is my existence important?

Is this life that I'm in important?

That question might trigger in you some heavy emotions.

You might initially cry,

You might initially resist.

Because maybe the first response will be,

I'm not sure.

But because you are loving yourself unconditionally,

You will actually embrace and love all these emotions and all these thoughts.

And you will be okay.

You will trust that you're okay in thinking no matter what you're thinking.

And keep asking yourself that question.

What about my beingness?

What about my existence?

Keep asking yourself that question.

Make a daily practice where you sit with that question.

Don't give up because it's not going to be easy at the start.

Is my existence important?

One day,

I tell you,

You will feel that your existence is so valuable.

And because you feel that,

You will be able to state your boundaries,

To say what you have to say.

You will be able to create what you want.

You will be able to speak up when you need to.

Because you will feel worthy no matter what.

Even if you have made mistakes,

Even if you have done this,

Not done that.

Wherever you are in your journey,

You will feel,

I am worthy of being me.

No matter the circumstances.

So the exercise,

If we had to split into two steps,

Would be to start a practice of unconditional self-love.

And at some point,

Include that question into your practice.

Sit with that.

Is my existence important?

Can I pour some love,

Shed so much love onto this being?

And sit with it.

And keep trusting,

Without forcing it,

Keep trusting that you are on your path to feel unconditionally worthy.

And then create the life of your dreams.

Some of the most powerful words I know are, "Remember who you are," but, honestly, I often forget. Self-love and intentional growth seem to take continous and intentional time and attention and work. Thank you for the lovely reminders in this talk. And for your shining perspective.
