Welcome to this session and thank you for joining.
This is going to be an anxiety relief.
Right in the moment,
Because I am recording this meditative talk in the moment of feeling a great anxiety.
Join me now and let us find peace together.

Let's take three deep breaths into your nose and out of your mouth.
Place your hand on the spot where you feel your anxiety the most,
Maybe your heart,
The center of your chest,
Maybe your stomach.
And take a deep powerful breath in and then release.
You can make a noise when you release this air.
You are breathing out your anxiety.
In the moment when we are connected,
The anxiety should diminish.
Help yourself by finding a firm support under you.
Stand on the floor or on the ground.
Sit on the ground.
Make sure it's warm but not soft.
A firm surface so that you feel the weight of your body and repeat three deep breaths.
Visualizing that your anxiety is going into your hand as you take a deep breath in.
It's going into your hand from the spot where you feel it physically and then when you breathe out,
It's going out.
It's disappearing in the air.
It's sinking into the ground to be recycled,
Repurposed,
To be transformed into better energy.
So three deeper breaths now.
We have come into the contact with our bodies.
When this meditation ends,
We're going to face the world.
The world that we touch with our minds,
With our hearts and with our bodies.
We are grounded now.
We are heavy.
We are real.
Anxiety and stress,
All those unanswered questions,
All those powers that are beyond our control.
They are elusive.
They're like mist,
Like clouds.
You cannot touch them.
You cannot catch them.
This means they cannot touch you.
They cannot catch you.
You are here now.
You can open your eyes and look around carefully,
Softly.
Just receive the sight of the world that is surrounding you and be connected to the weight of your body,
To the feeling of your body under your palm.
Keep your palm,
Keep your hand on the spot where your anxiety is or used to be,
If it's going away already.
See,
You are real and your fears and the reasons for your anxiety are not real.
Those threats,
Those ghosts do not belong to this world.
You are strong.
You feel your weight.
The earth feels your weight.
And when the time comes to face a challenge,
You will have your power.
To have your power,
You must disconnect from the anxiety.
Now,
Take your hand off of your body,
Off of this spot.
Spread it out.
Reach with your whole arm to the air around you,
Maybe with two arms.
Become wide and take back your attention from the past,
From the future into the present.
Now,
Make this hugging gesture.
Take this,
Grab this attention,
Pull it to yourself.
Pull it to your heart,
To this point of your body that needs care and take it in.
Claim all your energy back.
Breathe in,
Breathe out and feel that you are becoming whole and firm and present in the world.
You are very material.
No immaterial fears and threats can touch you because you are real and they are not.
Another big,
Calm breath.
We are going to slowly walk out of this meditation.
We are holding our power.
We have supported each other.
We have shared and received.
And we have claimed our energy back.
Now,
When you face the world,
You will be able to separate your real challenges,
The real spaces for action where you can show up from the ghosts and illusions that give you anxiety.
You are going to ignore those.
You are going to keep true to yourself.
You are in the now.
You are you.
And anxiety cannot touch you.
