Welcome to the second part of the mini-series on the feminine power.

This is the culmination,

The middle episode,

And we'll tap into the fullest feminine power here,

Talking about the creatrix energy,

Female leadership,

And more.

So let's try to unpack this difficult but exciting subject.

And as you may have noticed,

I indicated my episode on healing the wounded feminine as a prerequisite to this one,

Because I believe that tackling difficult subjects of the wounded feminine is necessary as a foundation for tapping into the feminine power at its fullest.

Let me know what you think about that episode and also this one in the comments,

And let's embark on this beautiful journey.

So,

Feminine power.

First of all,

A disclaimer,

Which you already probably understand by yourself,

That feminine does not equal female,

And feminine energy can be found in any gender.

But of course,

For women in particular,

Feminine power is the big topic.

So,

Power,

Right?

What is power for the woman?

Is it being a strong woman?

Or maybe is it being caring and nurturing?

Or is it both in some way?

How do we become a strong woman and assert this right inside of ourselves and in the outside world?

One other helpful prerequisite,

Let's say,

But not necessary one,

An optional one,

Is studying a little bit about my wheel model.

I actually have very short podcasts,

Like several minutes about the wheel,

Consisting of four archetypes,

And it's very intuitive.

It's synced with seasons of the year and typical universal gender-neutral archetypes from child to hero,

Creator,

And wizard.

So,

The creator is the summer archetype,

And in the female way,

It would be creatrix.

So,

What is the creatrix energy?

If you are into spirituality,

You may know about Shiva-Shakti concepts,

Or duality,

Or creation and creator,

If you are Christian,

Right?

We also have this,

Because I am a Christian,

So even though I study other cultures and spiritual concepts,

I also recognize it in Christianity that we,

Even though it's very under-discovered,

Let's say,

And a bit oppressed,

To say the least,

But we still have the concept of female energy in God,

The creator,

To be sort of creatrix or maybe creation energy.

And I will not dive deeply into the spirituality,

But let's rather tackle the female power from,

Or feminine power rather,

From practical angle.

So,

What is the power to be creative?

It is the power to accept an idea,

An inspiration,

A spark,

Something that initiates the creative process,

And hold space for it,

Develop it,

Nurture it,

And bring it out into the world.

This is the feminine power at its fullest.

Yes,

Dear all,

Men,

Women,

And anyone,

I believe that even the greatest business leaders tackle such creative stages of their masterpieces through their feminine power,

The feminine energy,

The energy of creation.

Of course,

Creation is a miracle and demands presence of both masculine and feminine,

But this patient process of holding space and letting your creation evolve is necessary.

Is necessary for its prosperity,

And this is the feminine power.

So,

If we are to separate the masculine power in creation and the feminine power in creation,

Let's say that masculine power is to spark up an idea,

Obviously,

This is very intuitive,

To generate,

To initiate,

And to push,

Push forward,

Somehow bring in the resource,

And the feminine power is to hold space and nurture,

Really making sure that resource is integrated properly,

And that also the creation has enough space to evolve,

And in all of that,

Maintaining complete control,

But also complete unattachment and readiness to let go when is needed.

It is the greatest heroic deed of a mother that she lets go of her child when it's time for the child to move into the world.

And this is also a great strength of the feminine.

And now,

What about protection?

Is it feminine or masculine trait?

We all know how fiercely female animals protect their young,

So this all is about the protection of the young.

But those natural vibes can help you tap into the almost untappable female energy,

Feminine power.

It starts from fierceness and fire and ranges all towards humility and surrender to the inevitable parting,

Such a spectrum that is almost impossible to comprehend by your mind.

And somewhere in the middle of all it is nurturing.

So what is actually nurturing?

Imagine Earth,

Energy of the Earth is nurturing,

Giving useful elements,

Nutrition.

I'm repeating this over and over again.

It sounds so similar to nature.

Something about it is so feminine.

We can nurture,

We can care,

Somehow we can know what is good not only for us,

But for another independent living organism.

This discernment,

Intuition and selfless dedication is feminine power,

One of its aspects.

So when we speak about household,

Those concepts are intuitive somehow.

If you live especially in a healthy household where you have space for performing healthily in both your feminine and masculine.

But when we speak about female leadership,

About the world of big business,

Politics and non-governmental activities,

The thought leadership,

The action leadership in the world,

A lot of women take part in it and this is great.

Now,

Again,

I'd tread carefully.

I hope I will manage because there are different values,

Added values that the feminine and the masculine brings into leadership.

The feminine brings all that I described before,

Fierceness,

Selflessness,

Nurturing,

Space holding and letting go.

While the masculine brings essentially inspiration and action and charisma,

Many other qualities.

All of those,

Both feminine and masculine,

Again can be found both in men and women.

However,

During our life,

We tend to choose a style,

An energy that is more prominent,

More flagship for us,

How we position ourselves in the world as a female or a masculine.

And traditionally,

It is connected to gender,

Nowadays people explore different possibilities and I am non-judgmental but also not fully resonating with it.

And the important thing here is that if you are a woman,

Then your feminine power is leading the way for you.

And without it,

You will never be a balanced,

Healthy leader.

This may sound very categorical,

But again,

Consider everything I said before,

It is based on choice.

But nevertheless,

If you are a woman and you have not discovered the power of nurturing and holding space and the power of receiving and passive and shadow side,

The creative will not come easy to you.

And now,

It is also necessary to be strong,

Even if you are a woman,

You need to exercise your masculine energies.

But what is a strong woman?

Well,

It is not only a woman that exercises her masculine,

As you remember from the first episode,

It is also a woman who hopefully lives in her healthy feminine.

But I'd say to me,

The really strong woman is the one who can combine both her energies in a balanced way and accept herself and use her strength.

So for some women,

Strong sides can be quite masculine.

Some women are very charismatic and very active and inspiring.

But other women are naturally more calm and quiet and not so prone to visibility,

Maybe.

For each woman,

It is important to identify her strengths and not to be ashamed of them and under no account discount herself as a leader,

Just based on those stereotypical images that the leader should be bright and masculine and extroversive,

Which is not always true.

And a great leader also,

As we said before,

Needs to give freedom and space and nurturing to his or her creation.

And if you tend to be more introversive,

But you have more talent for those feminine power sides of you,

Then you can and should base your leadership strategy on them.

And this is food for thought.

Now to conclude,

I'd also cover the topic of exercising our strength as women in the outside world.

We talked a lot about feminist movement in the previous episodes connected to this topic,

So I will not repeat myself.

But I say that I associate strong womanhood with the concept of equity and not equality.

And most of you probably know that equity differs from equality by providing not the same amount of resource to everyone,

But the proper amount of resource,

Which means that enabling of people to have the same access,

Same level of life quality and resource in the end.

So for example,

Of course,

Imagine poor people and rich people.

So if you give $100 to a poor person and $100 to a rich person,

That would be equality.

You are trying to help people,

Give them money,

But when you find the concept of equity,

You understand that maybe a rich person doesn't need any dollars and the poor person can thus have $200 and that's it.

But it's very,

Very simplified.

And there are also such simple images if you Google them.

I really like the image when there are three people of different height,

Grown up,

A teenager who is not so tall and a little child,

And they are all trying to watch a football game from behind the fence and the adult sees it all and of course the child sees nothing and teenager sees only something because it's not comfortable to look over the tall fence.

You probably recognize the description.

And then equality is when you give a box to each of them,

A box of the same size to stand upon,

And equity is when you don't need to give a box to an adult because he's fine,

But you give a larger box to a child so that he can also see properly.

And how does it all apply to the concept of being a strong woman?

Let's say that we need to level out our powers and there are some ways in which women in the world are unprivileged and the movement for women's rights is trying to compensate for it.

But the concept of equity in my opinion should not only be compensatory but also allow for sharing because there is a lot that we,

From our female perspective,

Can share.

And this is our work to heal ourselves and not to hold grudges against mankind in general because there is a lot that we can give out to the world and some equity to share with men,

Something that they don't have,

They are unprivileged,

They cannot access.

A simple example would be unattachment or nurturing.

Many men are much heavier conditioned for high achievement and they receive much less personalized nurturing.

So we as women,

Especially in the scenario of having relationships,

Not necessarily partnering sexual relationships,

But also friendly and even in the workspace,

Somehow in some shape or form we can extend our gifts to our eternal companions on this earth,

The men.

And this of course should be done in proper environment and delicately and without scaring them away.

But just ask yourself a question if you are a woman,

Is there anything that you can do for men that they wouldn't be able to do for themselves because they are unprivileged in this way and you have maybe more and you can share,

Maybe more beauty,

Maybe more kindness and care.

And that sort of thinking will inevitably then lead to you easier accepting what men can share,

Such as their strength and other things that are considered manly.

And again,

This is very free,

But I think there is beauty in differences.

And if you are choosing the female path in life,

I think it's only fair that you tap into your feminine energy and really discover the beautiful differences and what you can bring to the world in your fullest feminine power.

Thank you for joining and I hope to share space with you in the next and final episode of this mini-series next time.
