Welcome to this meditation it's raining now the rain is so purifying and I want to share the energy of the rain with you to let it wash away all that you don't need imagine the rain or better remember this meditation and turn it on again when it's raining let's connect to the rain and be open to it rain can look like tears but there's hardly anything more beautiful than drops of rain glittering in the sunlight such a hopeful sight we're gonna come to that but come to that we need to go through the gray wall of falling water and we need not run away from it close your eyes now wherever you are and imagine the rain starting gently the first raindrop lands exactly on the top very top the crown of your head and opens up the energy of your body and you feel your emotions rising all that is in quiet in you all that causes you doubt and suffering it echoes in the rain the rain increases and it's falling and falling and your first instinct is to open your eyes and look for shelter run away but stay in the rain choose to stay in the rain and when you reach stillness you will see how all your troubles are washed away with every raindrop turn your face to the sky open your eyes and let the tears of rain wash away any tears that you've ever had or couldn't have all the grief and suffering all that you don't need all that weighs you down is going away let it go be at one with the rain fill the rhythm of raindrops on your body and dance with it now the rain is slowing down blink your eyes blink look around look you are alive smile smile the rain is slowly fading and going away this gray cloud that brought it you swiftly carried on by the wind to the next person to the next community that will need to be washed with its healing rain and you are washed now and ready to grow a little more and you feel the Sun on your skin and now is the time see see the raindrops glittering in the sunlight see these jewels of water and light take a deep refreshing breath and come back from this meditation I hope you feel refreshed through the rest of your day this meditation is complete
