This is Natalie.
For the next 10 minutes I'll guide you into a space of gratitude and positivity so you can start your day not just awake but truly alive,
Grounded and open hearted.
Even in the very first minutes you'll feel your energy shift toward calm,
Lightness and strength.
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting upright with dignity or lying down if that feels better.
Close your eyes softly.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Hold for a moment and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Feel the breath clearing away the heaviness of sleep,
Opening you for a new beginning.
Let's take two more breaths like this.
Inhale deeply,
Filling your lungs.
Hold for a moment and exhale with a gentle sigh letting go of yesterday.
One last time,
Breathing in fresh energy,
Hold for a moment and breathing out everything you no longer need.
Now bring your awareness into your body.
I will guide you through different parts.
As I name them,
Simply notice that place,
Invite it to soften and allow it to relax a little more.
Start with your face.
Feel your jaw unclench.
Your lips soften,
The tiny muscles around your neck becoming smooth.
Move your neck and shoulders.
Notice if you've been holding tension here and with your next exhale let them drop down as if a weight is sliding off.
Bring your attention to your chest and your belly.
Notice the gentle rise and fall as you breathe.
Allow your belly to soften as if giving permission to fully receive the breath.
Now your arms and hands.
Notice the quiet stillness in your palms,
Your fingertips.
Imagine they are heavy,
Warm and completely at rest.
Shift down to your legs,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
All the way to your ankles and feet.
Feel them sinking into the ground,
Steady and supported.
Take a moment now to sense your whole body,
Face,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Chest,
Legs and feet.
From head to toe you are present,
Steady and open.
Now let us welcome gratitude.
Think of something or someone you are grateful for right now.
It doesn't have to be big.
Maybe it's a person who supports you.
Maybe it's the soft bed you woke up in.
Maybe it's the warmth of sunlight or simply the chance to breathe and be alive today.
Hold that image gently in your mind.
Notice how it feels in your body to think of it.
Does it bring warmth in your chest?
A smile on your lips?
A sense of ease in your belly?
Let that feeling expand.
If more images come to you,
A loved one,
A happy memory,
Something small but sweet,
Welcome them all.
Gratitude multiplies when we allow it.
Now imagine all of these feelings gathering as a soft golden light in the center of your chest.
With every inhale,
That golden light grows brighter.
With every exhale,
It spreads gently through your entire body,
Down your arms,
Your legs,
Your face,
Until every cell of your body is touched by this glow of gratitude.
From this warmth of gratitude,
We move into positivity.
See yourself stepping into the day ahead.
Imagine yourself getting ready,
Maybe walking into your work or your home space,
Carrying this golden light inside you.
Picture how you want to meet the world.
Calm,
Confident,
Kind.
See yourself smiling more easily,
Moving with a lighter step.
Imagine challenges arriving and you responding with clarity and grace instead of stress.
Now repeat silently after me.
I choose positivity.
I choose gratitude.
I choose peace.
Say these words slowly,
Letting them echo within you.
With every repetition,
Feel them becoming more natural,
More true.
You might even imagine sending this energy outward to the people you will meet today,
To your community,
To the world.
You become a source of calm,
Gratitude and positivity that naturally radiates to others.
Take a few deeper breaths now.
Inhale,
Possibility.
Exhale,
Doubt.
Inhale,
Energy.
Exhale,
Heaviness.
Inhale,
Gratitude.
Exhale,
Love.
Feel your body alive,
Your heart warm,
Your mind clear from this place.
Set a gentle intention for your day.
It could be,
Today I meet life with an open heart or today I choose joy and flow or today I allow myself to shine.
Repeat your intention softly to yourself.
Let it land.
Let it become the vibration you carry into the hours ahead.
And when you're ready,
Bring your awareness slowly back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Gently open your eyes.
Carry this gratitude and positivity with you and allow it to guide your day forward.
