What a beautiful, gentle yet energizing start to the day! Your voice is so inviting and uplifting and I’m so thankful for finding this beautiful, short meditation. I found myself longing for a background noise of a stream. But then settled in deeper to the stream song of my own knowing. I live in the mountains and had the exact stream I love listening to instantly come into my thought. I love this! Thank you. Thank you.

Oh wow I am so happy to help found you. Basically perfect for my style. Beautiful voice and production lovely rotation, breath awareness, opposites, visualization. I would love rapid visualization if there’s time shorter one like this I am basically looking for this length with no music and longer like 35 to 45 minutes with music yeah so happy to find you. Just one note on the rotation, I always feel I get pulled out a bit when there’s the mention of like right eye, temple cheekbone. I think right eye right temple right cheekbone is easier somehow, I always get distracted by the side not being named 🙏🏽🤍
