Welcome to this morning practice.

This is Natalie.

For the next 10 minutes I'll guide you into a space of vibrant energy and strong motivation,

So you begin your day feeling clear,

Powerful and ready to take action.

By the time you finish,

You will not only feel awake but alive,

Focused and determined.

Find a comfortable seated position with your spine upright and your chest open.

Imagine you are preparing to greet the day with strength.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose.

Hold for a second and exhale with power through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply as if filling your body with light.

Hold for a second and exhale letting go of sluggishness.

One more time,

Breathe in energy and release anything heavy.

Bring awareness to your body now.

I will name different parts and as you hear them,

Invite each one to wake up and energize like switching on lights in a house one by one.

Start with your face.

Feel your eyes soft but awake,

Your jaw relaxed,

Your forehead clear.

Move down to your neck and shoulders.

Imagine them opening,

Spacious,

Ready to carry you with confidence.

Bring attention to your chest and heart.

With every inhale,

Feel it expand.

With every exhale,

Feel it grow stronger.

Inhale,

Expand.

Exhale,

Stronger.

Shift to your arms and hands.

Imagine energy flowing down into your fingertips,

Ready to create,

Move,

To act today.

Now your belly,

Strong,

Steady,

The center of your power.

Then your legs and feet,

Grounding you,

Steady and capable,

Supporting every step you will take.

Finally,

Sense your entire body awake,

Alert,

Filled with vitality from head to toe.

Let's amplify this energy through the breath.

Take a deep inhale through the nose and exhale sharply through the mouth as if blowing away fatigue.

Do this three times.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale with strength.

Inhale energy,

Exhale sluggishness.

One last time.

Inhale light and exhale heaviness.

Now settle into a smooth rhythm,

Inhaling for a count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhaling a count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

As you continue,

Imagine each inhale charging your body like a battery and each exhale clearing away your doubt or hesitation.

Feel your breath fueling your cells,

Waking up your mind,

Sharpening your focus.

Continue inhaling for a count of four and exhaling for a count of four.

Now bring to mind one thing you want to accomplish today.

It doesn't need to be huge,

Maybe finishing a project,

Having a meaningful conversation,

Or simply showing up with your best energy.

See yourself already doing it.

Picture yourself taking action with clarity,

Moving with confidence,

Speaking with strength.

Notice how your body feels in this vision,

Upright,

Energized,

Alive.

Notice your mind,

Focused,

Calm,

Determined.

Notice your heart,

Motivated,

Open,

Inspired.

Say silently to yourself,

I am capable.

I am focused.

I am motivated.

Repeat these words,

Letting them sink deeper with each breath.

I am capable.

I am focused.

I am motivated.

Now imagine the energy inside you as a bright,

Radiant light,

Glowing at the center of your chest.

With every inhale,

The light grows stronger.

With every exhale,

It expands outward,

Filling your whole being.

Filling your whole body.

Inhale,

The light grows stronger.

Exhale,

It expands outward,

Filling your whole body.

See yourself glowing with energy,

Like the sun rising inside you.

This light gives you motivation not only for yourself,

But also to inspire others you meet today.

Take one last deep,

Powerful breath in and exhale fully.

Feel your body alive,

Your mind clear,

Your spirit strong.

Now set a simple intention for your day.

Today I bring my best energy or today I act with focus and strength or today I move forward with motivation.

Repeat it softly to yourself three times.

Let it anchor deep inside you.

When you're ready,

Bring gentle movement to your fingers and toes.

Slowly open your eyes.

Step into your day with energy.

Clarity and motivation.

Fully awake,

Fully alive,

Fully ready.
