Each day that we wake up,
We have a new challenge.
We have a brand new day to play with.
And although yesterday may have seemed hard,
And today may seem like a struggle,
You have the power in every moment to change.
You have the power of choice.
And it might be easier to roll over,
Not get up,
Put your head under the covers and hide.
There really is no need.
When you hide,
You're hiding from yourself.
But inside of you,
You have everything you need.
You have all the answers to all of your questions.
Each day you have the time and the power to change your whole world.
Consistency is your friend.
And if you consistently choose the right decisions for you,
Things get better.
But when we avoid,
And when we hide,
We only delay.
We book in pain for the future if we don't deal with it now.
But I promise you,
If you can close your eyes,
And if you dare to feel the feeling,
No matter how overwhelming or how scary it may seem,
This too shall pass.
Everything in life has a beginning and an end,
And that includes your feelings.
So try to think this week how you can be brave enough to face yourself.
And although you might not want to be here,
You have a duty.
You have a responsibility to your higher self,
To face whatever comes your way.
You're stronger than you could ever imagine.
Choose you today.
Choose you every day.
And remember who you are.
