I've packed a lot of affirmations in this practice so if any of them don't resonate or don't feel good you can just skip that part or if other ones feel great then you can repeat them as many times as you want to.
So just keep that in mind as you do this practice.
Affirmations help create new thought patterns and reprogram your subconscious mind.
The more you repeat affirmations that align you with the vibrations of your desires the more you will truly believe them and manifest the life you desire.

Get into a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed and get ready for quantum vibrational shifts as you take time to do this affirmation practice today.
As I guide you,
I'll give you enough space between affirmations to repeat them either aloud or silently to yourself to reinforce them.
Okay,
So begin by taking three long deep slow breaths,
Inhaling in through your nose and exhaling out through your mouth.
Breathe in deeply,
Filling yourself up with air from your root chakra which is located in the base of your spine around the tailbone area.
All right,
So let's take our first breath in and exhale.
Breathe in again.
Okay,
And we're just going to take one more breath,
A really really deep breath and I want you to visualize yourself filling up with golden light as you take the deepest breath that you've taken all day long.
So let's go ahead and breathe in.

So just resume breathing at a pace that feels comfortable for you and let's get into these affirmations.
