Tonight you are entering a journey of softness,
A place where the parts of you that resist rest and finally allow to unwind.
Find a comfortable position,
Let your whole body settle,
Take a slow breath in and exhale gently through the mouth.
Let your breath be the first signal of safety.
Begin by feeling the points where your body meets the ground or the surface beneath you.
Let yourself sink just one degree deeper into support.
Bring your awareness to the crown of your head,
Imagine a soft warm light resting there,
Melting tension like sun on snow.
Let this warmth move down into your forehead,
Relaxing the small muscles that hold worry.
Enter the eyes,
Letting the gaze soften behind closed lids,
Warm spreads to your cheeks,
Eyes,
Jaw,
Allowing everything to loosen,
Feel it descend down the neck,
Into the tops of the shoulders,
Down both arms together,
Flowing through the upper arms.
Let the hands grow heavy and peaceful.
Now bring awareness to your chest,
Rising and falling.
Let the breath whiten the ribs like gentle wings.
Warmth moves into your heart area,
Not as a glow but as a soft wind clearing space.
Let the wave descend into your belly,
Loosening the emotional knots held there.
Warmth enters the calves and finally the soles of the feet.
Now imagine walking along a gentle path at dusk,
The light is soft blue.
You can hear a faint breeze moving through tall grass.
This path leads to a secret garden,
A place inside you where all your unfinished moments live.
Moments where you hesitated,
Paused or turned away,
Not out of failure but because something in you wasn't ready.
At the entrance of a garden you see a gate woven with vines.
It opens easily at your touch.
Step inside.
Inside the garden you see small stone balls scattered across the ground.
Each ball holds a tiny glowing seed.
These seeds represent moments in your life where you wanted to move forward but couldn't.
Where sabotage appeared not as an enemy but as a pause,
A request for gentleness.
Walk slowly and kneel beside one of the balls.
You don't need to know which moment it represents,
Your body knows.
Hold the ball in your hands and ask silently.
What stopped me here?
Let the answer rise from sensation rather than thought.
Maybe it was fear,
Overwhelm,
Pressure,
Exhaustion,
A need of comfort,
A longing for safety.
Whatever appears,
Allow it.
Now ask gently,
What did I need in this moment?
You may sense reassurance,
Time,
A breath,
Softness.
Let the truth arrive without effort.
Place your hands around the seed in the ball.
I understand you now.
The seed glows brighter.
Now imagine that your breath is warm and moving through the garden.
Each inhale draws in clarity.
Each exhale softens resistance.
As you breathe,
The glowing seeds in the balls begin to sprout.
Tiny green shoots rising from moments you once abandoned.
These sprouts symbolize something essential.
Nothing inside you was broken.
Nothing was lost.
Everything was simply waiting for the right kind of presence.
Watch the garden slowly come alive.
Flowers open.
Shoots rise.
Colors deepen.
You do not force growth.
Your presence alone awakens it.
Let this realization settle in your body.
When I meet myself with gentleness,
Everything begins to move again.
In the center of the garden stands a tall tree.
This is the tree of inner trust.
The part of you that knows how to move without fear.
Walk toward it.
Place your palm against its trunk.
Feel its strength.
Its steadiness.
Its groundedness.
Say inwardly.
I am learning to trust myself again.
Feel the words travel through your body.
Softening your belly.
Widening your chest.
Releasing your jaw.
Slowing your breath.
Now whisper to yourself.
I choose rest.
Ease.
I choose enough.
The tree glows slightly brighter.
You are carrying its wisdom with you.
