This short meditation offers a gentle way to come back into the body when you’re feeling disconnected, distracted or mentally busy. Rather than trying to calm the mind or change how you feel, this practice focuses on simple awareness of physical sensations and support. You’ll be guided to notice contact, subtle sensation and presence in a steady, non-forcing way. This meditation is especially supportive during moments of overwhelm, dissociation or when you want to pause and reset.
