If you are ready to get grounded like a boss I have some tips on grounding your energy for you. You can go for a walk/be in nature, do some earthing, grab some Epsom salt for your baths/submerge yourself in the ocean, do some exercise which is crucial for sensitives to keep their energy clear and grounded and meditate at least 5 minutes a day.
