Namaste,

Vanakkam,

Divine Beings.

I am Nandiji.

A powerful awareness within meditation is called in Tamil,

Asai Ba Gayathri.

Asai is when a cow eats its food and then sits down later to digest it,

Eating it again.

The digestion.

Gayathri is light.

Asai Ba Gayathri is digestion of light.

Going back to around 30 years ago,

When in Thiruvannamalai,

In the middle of the mountain is a cave called Nadumalai.

It was just thrilling to spend that night there in Thiruvannamalai,

The cave.

It was one of my first times being on the mountain and we went up to see Guru Ayya early next morning.

Now as we were climbing up,

There was a young sage.

He must have been about 14 years old and he had wanted to go inside the cave and meditate for months together and he wanted to ask Guru Ayya for permission and guidance to do that.

So that moment with Guru Ayya was intense in energy and he mentioned to this boy,

Go walking across India,

Go to all the temples and come back and then meditate in a cave.

So it was interesting to feel that there was a deeper meaning to what Guru Ayya had advised them to do.

And four years later,

While I was in the Sri Kalahasti temple,

I felt somebody just behind me,

Radiant and I turn around and I see that's him,

Menyanaswamy and he mentions of how when he went through all of the temples and shrines by walk,

How he could feel the light within himself and he mentioned that now he was ready to do what Guru Ayya had guided him to do.

To meditate and go into the Asaibha Gayathri,

That is re-digestion of all the light and to be the stillness within the dance.

Now this is a yogic concept which applied in our realities is incredibly,

Incredibly powerful as in transformation of our realities to align it to what we desire.

The first is at the end of every day,

Go through experiences either this day,

Today or go back in past and recollect the time when there was an upliftment in our energy.

Perhaps when we were reading a scripture,

Perhaps when we are hearing some beautiful music,

Whatever just uplifted us,

Go into that experience,

Go back into that memory and delve in that memory,

Meditate in that moment and make that moment eternal.

Be that energy,

The source of that inspiration.

The second,

For whatever had been the challenging or painful past we had,

It brings us to the now.

For all the beauty and grace of the past that makes us now,

Pay gratitude.

In gratitude,

We are able to translate whatever is the shortcoming into the blessings of what is needed.

Gratitude to all the past.

May only blessings be of the past in the now.

The third in the core within us is timelessness of light.

Be the light experiencing time,

The spirit having the magnificence of human experience.

Here is where tapas is.

When we are deep in the mantra,

Connecting to the grace light within the resonance within the mantra,

We are the vibrancy of timelessness.

When we experience time,

In other words,

Realities,

Know that we are the wisdom manifesting heavens and each moment of our reality experience is heavens,

Is pleasant,

Is magnificent.

When we understand every experience of ours as the supreme joy of each moment,

Thus is the reality.

That is the beauty of manifestations.

That is the blessings we are.

So to repeat,

Every experience of ours that uplifted us,

Go into that,

Go beyond that experience as in the energy and let that experience be timelessness,

Digest that light.

Look back into all of our past and simply bless it.

Thank you for bringing us to the now.

Third,

Know we are timeless beings experiencing time.

When time or experience is held in gratitude,

We are now enjoying the magnificence of our human experience in the realities we manifest.

Om Namah Shivaya.

Om.
