Trace your entire astral body with your awareness, using the creative power of your mind, with pure bright white light in this Yoga Nidra practice. In this case, Prana Nidra, a deeper connection with your astral bodies and a vivid way to purify your nadis. Either fall into Delta (deep sleep) or enter higher frequencies in Turiya.

Lie down on Savasana with your feet about hip distance apart.

Maybe wider,

Maybe shorter.

Hands about seven to eight inches away from your hips.

Maybe wider,

Maybe shorter,

Whichever you're more comfortable with.

And slow,

Deep inhale,

Fresh prana into your lungs.

And slow,

Deep exhale,

Still use prana leaving your body.

Inhale,

Fresh prana energy.

And deep exhale,

The still use prana.

Slow deep inhale,

Fresh prana filling your body.

And exhale,

Let it all out.

Now with the creative power of your mind,

See your entire body as space,

A kash.

Underneath your skin,

No bones,

No tissues,

No blood,

Just pure space.

And take a moment to visualize the values,

The element of wind floating throughout your body,

Throughout the space elements now.

Now with the creative power of your mind,

Bring your awareness to your right thumb and see a bright white light shining,

Bright like a star at the root of your right thumb.

And then slowly trace this white light up your thumb,

Back down your thumb,

Curve into the right second finger,

And then curve into the right third finger,

Curve into fourth finger,

Curve into fifth finger.

And then bring this bright white light down into the back of your hands.

See a swirl around and around and around.

And then move this white light into the right palm of your hands and swirl,

Swirl,

Swirl.

And this white light goes into your right wrist and slowly moves up your right forearm,

Right inner elbow,

Right upper arm,

Slowly into the right shoulder.

You see this bright white light get a little bigger as it moves down to your right rib cage.

Right torso,

Right hip.

And then it goes down to your right thigh,

Down past your right knee,

Down past your right calf,

Curve into the right ankle,

Right heel,

Going up the insole of your right foot.

And then this bright white light gets a little smaller as it goes into the right big toe,

Curve into right second toe,

Curve into third toe,

Curve into fourth toe,

Curve into fifth toe.

Inhale,

And then let it all go.

And see your entire rights out of your body as pure white light,

Letting it ignite,

Pure bright white light.

And slowly move your awareness to your left thumb.

See the bright white light at the root of your left thumb.

As you trace throughout your body,

Trace this bright white light into your right left thumb,

Curve into second finger,

Curve into third finger,

Curve into fourth finger,

Curve into fifth finger,

And then comes back down into the back of your left hand,

And swirling and swirling bright white light swirls.

And then moves into the palm of your hand.

In the left palm,

It'll swirl and swirl and swirl.

As this bright white light moves past your left wrist,

Your left forearm,

Up past the left inner elbow,

Moving up past your left upper arm into your left shoulder.

And then see this bright white light get a little bigger as it moves down into your left rib cage,

Down the left side of your torso,

Down past your left hip,

Down into your left thigh,

Past your left knee,

Down your left calf,

Past your left ankle,

Curve into left heel,

Moving up the left insole,

And this bright white light gets a little smaller as it goes into the left big toe,

Curve,

Second toe,

Curve into your third toe,

Curve into your fourth toe,

Curve into your fifth toe,

And deep inhale,

And let it all go.

See your entire left side of your body,

Bright white light shining,

Igniting as it illuminates.

And then bring your awareness to your pelvis.

See your entire pelvis,

Bright white light igniting your entire pelvis.

And the white light moves into your sacrum,

Your glutes,

Into your lower back,

Up your spine,

Middle spine,

Upper spine,

Bright white lights,

Into both shoulder blades,

Both shoulders,

The back of your neck,

The back of your head,

The top of your crown,

Beautiful,

Pure white light igniting your crown chakra,

Your sassar.

This white light moves into your forehead,

Right in the center between your brows,

You see your agna chakra igniting with pure white light,

Goes down to your eyes,

Your nose,

Both cheekbones,

Upper lip,

Lower lip,

Chin,

The pit of your throat,

Your sternum,

Bright white light igniting in your chest,

Your heart chakra,

Your anahak,

Beautiful,

Pure white light as it moves down to your abdomen,

Bright white light igniting your entire abdomen.

And into your belly button,

Your nabi,

Your life source.

And take a moment to come back to the space element of Akash,

Seeing your entire body as pure space,

And then ignite the entire space with pure bright white light,

Your entire body,

Your pranashakti igniting with pure white light.

See it as bright as the stars.

Climb for a moment.

Just witnessing,

Witnessing your pranashakti glowing,

Illuminating.

Then slowly bring yourself back into your physical body.

Become aware of the room you're lying in,

Any external sounds you may hear,

A taste within your mouth,

Any odors you may smell.

Feel a sense of touch with your fingers.

Reach both arms above your head slowly.

Stretch your entire right side of your body.

Stretch your entire left side of your body.

Stretch both sides of your body.

And slowly bend your knees and turn to your right side.

Take a moment to witness the moment and notice any difference within your body.

Sense of calm,

Sense of ease,

Sense of relaxation.

And slowly make your way on to seated position.

Palms to heart center and bow towards Paramatma,

The Lord in the heart.
