Pancha prana,

The five subbranches of prana energy throughout your body.

Sit in a comfortable position,

Nadirana zaphu,

Zibhutan,

Meditation pillow.

Sit up tall and softly close your eyes.

Right leg immobile,

Left leg solidified,

Pelvis cemented into the floor,

Spine erect,

Tall.

Right arm completely still,

Left arm completely relaxed,

Neck completely stable,

Head completely still.

There are four main parts of the body,

Your head for thinking,

The thoughts that come and go,

The thoughts that disappear,

Absorption of ancient wisdom,

Your chest for breathing,

Breathing in fresh prana energy,

And your heartbeat,

Your pure life force.

And there's the abdomen for absorption of nutrients,

Food,

And digestion,

Breaking down what you put into your body,

Turning it into pure energy.

And then there's your pelvis,

Your pelvis for elimination,

Eliminating toxins and the things we do not need,

The things that don't serve us.

Take a slow,

Deep inhale,

Breathe in fresh prana energy.

Slow deep exhale,

Releasing any negative and bad prana.

Slow deep inhale for fresh prana energy.

Slow deep exhale,

All the still used prana.

Inhale fresh,

Beautiful prana energy.

Inhale all the still used prana energy.

Now with your mind's eye,

See your entire body as space,

Akash.

No bones,

No blood,

No tissues,

Just pure space.

And take a moment to move around the space throughout your body now.

Now bring your awareness to your right shoulder.

And see a bright white light,

A shining bright white light.

As you inhale,

The shining bright white light goes from your shoulder and it swirls around your upper arm,

Down around the right elbow,

Down the right forearm,

Down the right wrist,

Down into your hands,

Down into the fingertips.

As you exhale,

This white light swirls going back up the arm,

Up the fingertips,

The hands,

Right wrist,

Right forearm,

Right elbow,

Right upper arm,

Right shoulder.

As you inhale,

Fresh prana swirls,

White light of udon going down your right arm,

Inhaling right upper arm,

Right elbow,

Right forearm,

Right wrist,

Right hand,

Down to the fingertips.

As you exhale,

This white light swirls going upwards,

Fingertips,

Right hand,

Right wrist,

Right forearm,

Right elbow,

Right upper arm,

Right shoulder.

And continue with this visualization of udon,

Inhaling white light swirling down the arm,

And exhaling white light swirling around up your right arm.

And continue with this visualization at your own pace now.

As you exhale,

This white light swirls going up your right arm,

Up your right arm,

Down your left shoulder.

Now bring your awareness to your left shoulder and see the bright white light at your left shoulder.

As it begins to swirl,

Udon runs down the arm,

Inhale,

White light swirls,

Left upper arm,

Left elbow,

Left forearm,

Left wrist,

Left hand,

Left fingertips.

Exhale,

White light swirls,

Left fingertips,

Left hand,

Left wrist,

Left forearm,

Left elbow,

Left upper arm,

Left shoulder.

As you inhale,

Udon runs down the arm,

Left shoulder,

Left upper arm,

Left elbow,

Left forearm,

Left wrist,

Left hand,

Left fingertips.

As you exhale,

Left fingertips,

Left hand,

Left wrist,

Left forearm,

Left elbow,

Left upper arm,

Left shoulder.

And continue with this visualization of udon.

As you inhale,

White spiraling light going down your left arm.

As you exhale,

White spiraling light going up the left arm.

And continue with your own pace of udon now.

Exhale,

White spiraling light going down your right arm.

Now bring your awareness to your right hip crease.

See the white light at your right hip crease as it begins to swirl down your right leg.

As you inhale,

It spirals down the right thigh,

Right knee,

Right calf,

Right ankle,

Right foot,

Into the toes.

And as you exhale,

The white light spirals back up from left right toes,

Right foot,

Right ankle,

Right calf,

Right knee,

Right thigh,

Right hip crease.

As you inhale,

Udon runs down,

Right hip crease,

Right thigh,

Right knee,

Right calf,

Right ankle,

Right foot,

Right toes.

Exhaling,

White light spirals up,

Right toes,

Right foot,

Right ankle,

Right thigh,

Right calf,

Right knee,

Right thigh,

Right hip crease.

And continue at your own pace of udon now.

Inhaling white spiraling light going down the right leg.

Exhaling white spiraling light going up the right leg.

Exhaling white spiraling light going down the right leg.

Now bring your awareness to your left hip crease.

See the white light at your left hip crease as it begins to swirl.

Exhaling going down left hip crease,

Left thigh,

Left knee,

Left calf,

Left ankle,

Left foot,

Left toes.

Exhaling left toes,

Left foot,

Left ankle,

Left calf,

Left knee,

Left thigh,

Left hip crease.

As you inhale,

White lights at udon spiral down,

Left hip crease,

Left thigh,

Left knee,

Left calf,

Left ankle,

Left foot,

Left toes.

As you exhale,

Udon spirals going up,

Left toes,

Left foot,

Left ankle,

Left calf,

Left knee,

Left thigh,

Left hip crease.

Continue with this visualization udon.

Inhaling running down your leg spiraling white lights going down.

As you exhale spiraling white lights going up your left leg and continue with your own pace now.

Exhale,

Udon spiral down,

Left hip crease,

Left foot,

Left knee,

Left knee,

Left heel,

Left heel.

Now bring your awareness to your neck as you see the bright white lights starting to spiral at the neck.

As you inhale the white spiral at udon spirals up your neck,

Around your chin,

Your cheeks,

Your inner ears,

Your nose,

Your eyes,

Eyebrows,

Forehead,

Crown of your head.

As you exhale the white spiraling lights down,

Crown of the head,

Forehead,

Eyebrows,

Eyeballs,

Nose,

Inner ears,

Cheekbones,

Upper lip,

Lower lip,

Chin,

Nape of the neck.

As you inhale from the top of the neck,

Chin,

Lower lip,

Upper lip,

Cheekbones,

Inner ears,

Nose,

Eyes,

Eyebrows,

Forehead,

Crown of your head.

As you exhale white spiraling lights going around from the crown of your head,

Forehead,

Eyebrows,

Eyeballs,

Nose,

Inner ears,

Cheekbones,

Upper lip,

Lower lip,

Chin,

And to your neck.

Continuous visualization udon.

Inhaling the spiraling white lights running from neck to the crown of your head.

As you exhale running from the crown of your head down to the nape of your neck.

And watch your own pace now.

As you exhale,

Inhale,

Lower lip,

Chin,

Lower lip,

Lower lip,

Lower lip,

And exhale.

Now with the creative power of your mind,

Bring your awareness into your lower belly and your pelvis,

The pelvic floor,

Starting from navel going down to the pelvic floor.

See upon bright yellow lights from your navel.

As you inhale thousands and thousands of bright yellow lights from navel going down to the pelvic floor.

Thousands and thousands of yellow lights going down.

As you exhale,

See the bright yellow lights from your pelvic floor rising up towards your navel.

As you inhale thousands and thousands of yellow lights running from navel going down to the pelvic floor.

Slowly running down thousands of yellow lights.

As you exhale thousands upon thousands of yellow lights going up from pelvic floor towards your navel.

And continuous visualization of upon at your own pace now.

Inhaling yellow lights going down.

Inhaling yellow lights going up.

Now bring your awareness.

To your abdomen.

From the tip of your breastbone.

Down to the navel.

Across your abdomen.

See bright red lights thousands upon thousands of streaks of red lights.

As you inhale,

Thousands and thousands of red streaks of red lights running from right side to left side.

As you exhale thousands and thousands of red lights running across your abdomen.

From left side going across to right side.

As you inhale,

Thousands and thousands of streaks of red lights running from right side to left side.

As you exhale thousands of streaks of red lights running from left side to right side.

And continuous visualization of someone from the bottom of your breastbone to your navel.

Inhaling streaks of red lights going across from one side to the other side.

Exhaling streaks of red lights going across one side to the other side.

And continue with your own pace now.

Now with your mind's eye.

Bring your awareness to the tip of your breastbone up to the neck around your chest area.

Pitter the throat.

As you see thousands upon thousands of blue streaks of red lights running from the tip of your breastbone as you inhale blue lights running up through your chest towards the pit of your throat.

Rising thousands of blue lights as you exhale thousands upon thousands of blue lights running down from your pit of your throat down your chest to the tip of your breastbone.

As you inhale thousands upon thousands of blue lights running up through your rib cage pasture colorable into the pit of your throat.

As you exhale thousands upon thousands of blue streaks of blue lights running down from the pit of your throat,

Your collarbones,

Your rib cage down to the breastbone.

This is pran,

The sub branch within your chest.

Continue with this visualization of pran.

As you inhale blue lights running up through your chest as you exhale thousands upon thousands of blue lights running down your chest.

Continue with your own pace now.

As you exhale thousands upon thousands of blue lights running down your chest as you exhale thousands upon thousands of blue lights running down your chest as you exhale thousands upon thousands of blue lights running down your chest.

Go back to the space of akash and then see your entire space ignite with bright white lights,

Dots,

Stars,

Shooting stars all throughout your body,

Your chest,

Your abdomen,

Head,

Arms,

Legs,

Thousands upon thousands,

Even millions of bright white lights,

Dots all over,

Stars all over,

Shooting stars all over.

And continue with this visualization of viyam now.

Now simply let go of the vision of Vyon throughout your body and come back to Akash,

The space element.

As you bring your awareness back into your body,

Become aware of the room you're sitting in,

The ground you're sitting on.

Slowly wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Notice the sense of touch.

Wiggle your tongue around your mouth.

Notice any taste you may taste.

Smell any smells or odors through your nose.

Become aware of any external sounds you may hear.

And slowly bring your palms to your heart center.

Bow towards Paramatma,

The Lord in the heart.
