And seated position with your hands resting on both knees,
Spine long and tall.
Crown of your head reaching towards your ceiling.
Take some slow deep breaths to arrive in the moment.
Notice your breaths in and out your nostrils.
Nice slow breaths.
And with the creative power of your mind,
See this permeable sphere form around your entire body.
Like an iridescent transparent sphere of protection.
Maybe as thin or as thick as you'd like.
This protection sphere.
And then imagine these dark black energies outside your protection sphere.
They can't come in just bouncing off the edges outside your sphere.
That transparent iridescent sphere of protection.
Solid,
Permeable,
Strengthened,
Solidified sphere.
Only pure white light can get through.
Pure beautiful white light.
As the darkness stays outside protecting you.
And take a slow deep inhale.
See this bright ruby red ray from the sky moving down into the top of your sphere,
Through your sphere,
Into the crown of your head,
Throughout your entire body and into your entire sphere.
Ruby red rays just floating,
Circling all around you and your body.
And inside this permeable sphere.
Exhale red ruby ray moving up through the top of your sphere into the sky.
Inhale bright orange ray of healing into the top of your sphere,
Through into your crown,
Your entire body and throughout your entire sphere.
This bright orange just washing away,
Cleansing away everything and anything that doesn't belong.
Bright orange,
Bright,
Bright orange all around your sphere.
And exhale this orange ray moving up into the sky,
Straight up into the sky.
And a nice slow deep inhale pull this golden yellow ray into your sphere,
Top of your sphere,
Into your crown,
Through your body,
Around your body,
Around the entire sphere.
This golden yellow ray swirling,
Circling every particle,
Every cell,
Every atom.
Golden golden beautiful golden yellow ray all around your sphere protection.
Cleansing,
Purifying,
Healing and exhale shoot this golden yellow ray back into the sky.
Inhale this emerald green ray from the sky down into your sphere,
Down through the top into your center of your being,
Through your entire sphere.
Emerald green swirling around and around through your body,
Outside your body,
Around your entire sphere.
This beautiful emerald green filling your entire sphere with just beautiful beautiful green energy.
Cleansing green,
Emerald green and then exhale shoot this emerald green ray back into the sky,
Straight into the sky.
And then inhale this turquoise ray straight into your sphere from the sky,
Down to your sphere,
Through your body,
Through your sphere,
In and around rays of turquoise just moving,
Swirling,
Circling all throughout your sphere.
Turquoise,
So beautiful beautiful bright turquoise.
All around through your body,
Through your energy field,
Just beautiful turquoise.
And then exhale shoot this turquoise ray out into the sky,
Straight into the sky.
And then inhale this beautiful cobalt blue ray down from the sky,
Down into your sphere,
Into your body and around your body,
Your energy field.
This sphere is filling with cobalt blue as it moves through you and around you and within you.
Cobalt blue cleansing everything around you,
Filling your sphere.
And then exhale this cobalt blue ray,
Shoot straight back into the sky.
And slow deep inhale,
Violet,
This beautiful ultraviolet ray just shoots down from the sky into your sphere,
Through the crown of your head,
Through your body,
Through the center of your being and around your entire energy field,
Inside this protective sphere,
This sphere of protection filled with ultraviolet,
Beautiful ultraviolet rays.
The violet ray of freedom and forgiveness just circling,
Spiraling all around your sphere through your bodies,
Through your energy field,
Cleansing,
Cleaning,
Purifying your entire space,
The side,
The sphere.
And then exhale,
Shoot this violet ray up back into the sky.
And then slow deep inhale,
This white,
Pure white ray just shoots down from the sky into your sphere and through your body,
Through your entire being and around your being,
White pure energy just floating around,
Swirling,
Circling your entire sphere,
Just filling it up with pure white light.
This white ray,
Just this white ray of purity all around,
Washing away all of it,
Cleansing away all of it and purifying all of it.
And then exhale,
Shoot this white ray back into the sky.
And see yourself inside your protective sphere,
That iridescent,
Transparent,
Beautiful sphere of protection.
It's there whenever you need it.
You can create it and just be with your sphere,
Your sphere of protection,
Protecting you from whatever you need protection from.
And slowly just feel how you feel right now,
Become aware of the difference in your body and take a moment to be with just you,
Your pure energy and just your energy.
And slowly coming back into your body,
Become aware of the ground you're sitting on,
Reconnect with mother earth,
Feel your palms on your knees,
Slightly moving,
Feeling.
Become aware of any external sounds you may hear,
Become aware of any smells you may smell,
Any tastes you may taste.
And whenever you're ready,
You may continue to sit and meditate with this.
Or you may slowly open your eyes and thank yourself for being.
