Grounding Meditation Introduction This meditation is for grounding our energies,
Connecting our frequencies to the Mother Earth.
Sometimes we are too much driven by the energies around us,
We think too much about our thoughts and our emotions.
Practicing this meditation allowed us to focus our mind on the present moment,
Balancing our thoughts and emotional feelings,
So that you will have more clarity,
Feeling calmer,
Peaceful and centered.
It is also helpful to release other people's energies or connections that are not serving you back to the Earth.
Allow yourself to be in an environment where you will not be disturbed.
Take some deep breaths,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Make sure your spine is straight,
Your feet is on the ground.
Allow your chi to flow effortlessly through your spine.
You can have a cushion to support your spine if you want.
If there are thoughts come by,
It is completely ok.
Just allow them to be there.
Observe your thoughts.
Keep breathing.
Focusing your breath.
The oxygen coming in and going.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Center yourself.
Put your awareness in your breathing.
Relax your whole body.
Any tight muscles.
Simply allow them to rest and relax.
Through your inhale and exhale,
You will be focusing more and more in the present moment.
Thoughts come and go.
It is completely ok.
Allow the oxygen to connect with your body cells.
