Welcome.

Take a breath and feel it travel all the way in and all the way out.

Now ask yourself softly,

How am I doing right now,

Truly?

Don't rush the answer.

Allow it to come from the body,

Not the brain.

Do you need movement,

Stillness,

Water,

Tears,

Silence?

So often attuned to others,

We can forget the tuning fork of our own being.

Again,

Allow this moment to be a recalibration,

A pause to say,

Hey,

I'm here too.

Whatever arises,

Meet it with tenderness.

You don't have to fix it all right now.

Just know that your system matters,

Your needs matter,

And your awareness of them is a form of love.

Breathe deeply,

Release completely.
