Welcome to your meditation for manifestation.

As promised,

This prompt,

These guides,

Are here to support you in whatever it is that you are desiring to bring into reality,

Into your life.

Many of you are focused on a more improved health and well-being.

Some of you are focused on moving into the next stage of your education and your career.

Others are focused on finding true love.

Some of you are working towards successful launches and big,

Exciting businesses.

And whatever it is that you're working towards,

This guided meditation is meant to support any and all dreams that you have.

To begin,

Before we get started,

I highly encourage that you are somewhere where you can be quite comfortable.

Perhaps that's laying down in your bed or on a yoga mat or seated in a very comfortable chair.

To begin,

I suggest that you remove any external sounds that are around you.

Go to a place that is quiet.

Begin to close your eyes.

Soften your hands.

Notice if there's any clenching through the fingers,

Through the fists.

Relax shoulders down away from your ears.

And begin to notice your breath.

Notice the state that you've arrived in.

If your energy seems a bit chaotic or a bit flat,

We're here to allow your energy to enter this state of calm,

One of receptivity.

Exhale,

Let go of the breath that you currently have in you.

Then take a deep breath in through your nose.

Continue to breathe in,

Filling up your abdomen,

Your chest.

And as your belly rises,

Let the shoulders continue to drop down.

And now exhale,

Release.

Push out all that air.

Any stagnant or leftover breath,

Allow it to release.

And then take another full breath in through your nose,

Going slow,

Going mindfully.

When you get to the top of your inhale,

Hold so that this breath can circulate all throughout your body,

Reaching every little crevice and area.

And now open up deep exhalation.

Let go.

One more time together.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Slow,

Intentional,

Rhythmic breath.

Hold at the top of your inhale.

This holding is an opportunity for your blood to get oxygenated with your breath.

And now a slow,

Controlled exhale.

Release and let everything go.

We're going to tap into the present state of your manifestation as if it is your reality right here,

Right now.

Behind closed eyes,

Start to bring all of your awareness and your attention to this area.

Notice the weight of your eyes and the fluttering that may be occurring of the eyeballs.

If they're quite busy,

If they're active,

Then start to focus your internal gaze to that point between your eyebrows.

This is our energetic center of our intuition.

And now behind closed eyes,

You take away the external stimulation of what is in your room or wherever you may be.

And you go inwards.

Now I want you to tap into what it is that you see when your desires become your reality.

Who are you with?

Who is in this picture with you?

Where are you at?

Do you see a for sale sign on your home?

Do you see yourself lounging on a tropical beach?

Do you see yourself birthing a baby with the person you love?

Do you see a acceptance of a program that you're applying to?

Really try and tap into the sense of sight in this present moment.

And then feel the emotion that comes with this vision.

Hold on to that feeling and continue to slow down your breath.

From your sense of sight,

Let's travel down to your sense of smell.

Bringing your awareness to your nose.

In this present state of your desire becoming your reality.

Wherever you may be,

Whatever you might be doing,

What are the smells?

What are the fragrances that you get to breathe in?

Placing yourself in the present moment.

And whatever these smells,

Whatever the sense of smell is,

When your desire becomes your reality,

Now how do you feel?

What does this aroma ignite in you?

Linger here for a little bit longer with your breath and with this visualization.

Now travel down to your mouth.

Open and close your mouth a couple of times.

Move your jaw side to side,

Back and forth,

Releasing the hinges of your jaw.

And then allow your mouth to settle.

Your tongue is soft.

Now when you are in this reality of your dreams and desires,

They've come true.

What is it that you taste?

And for some of you,

This might be the taste of a food,

An experience,

Of a vacation or somewhere that you might be.

You can broaden the taste to be salt in the air.

Just explore what comes up for you when you achieve this dream.

Your sense of taste is still present with you.

Continue to slow down your breath.

What is it that is on your palate?

Now travel out to your ears,

Your sense of sound,

Your hearing ability.

I want you to pay attention right now to the silence that you hear.

And now I want you to transport yourself to the time and place of when your desire has become your reality.

Once again,

Wherever you're at and whoever you're with and whatever is happening for you,

What do you hear?

Do you hear celebration and laughter and joy?

Do you hear a soft breeze blowing through the trees?

Do you hear the giggles of a newborn?

Do you hear the chatter of your loved ones?

Imagine all of the sounds and experiences that you hear in this present moment.

Stay here.

Deep breath into the sounds.

And a deep breath out to stay with the sounds.

Now let's travel to your overall being,

Your physical sense of touch.

Begin to breathe in and feel that all of the pores in your skin open up and expand.

And then as you breathe out,

Feel all of the pores of your skin close up and contract.

Notice the parts of your skin that are touched by your clothing and the parts of your skin that are exposed to the open air.

And now transport yourself into your present reality when your dream has become true.

What do you feel,

Physically feel?

Where are you at?

Do you feel the embrace of a hug?

Do you feel sand?

Do you feel cool air?

This is your dream and you get to decide.

Breathe into the feeling.

Breathe out with the feeling.

And now energetically,

When you can see,

You can hear,

You can smell,

You can taste,

And you can touch this version of your desire,

Your manifestation as it has come true.

How do you energetically feel?

Tap into that feeling,

That emotion,

And hold it a bit longer.

Stay there.

Notice the rise and the fall of your belly with your breath.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly start to move your fingers and your toes,

Bringing awareness back into your physical body,

Your existence here and now.

And slowly start to unravel out of this meditation.

The opportunity is here for you to come back to this meditation time and time again,

Or to take yourself through a similar version and perhaps linger a bit longer in each of the senses.
