This practice is designed to help you release negative trapped emotions through the healing power of the Divine Names - Al-Khafidh (the One Who Lowers, and Humbles) bringing the soul to a state of humility and allowing one to take responsibility for holding onto these emotions, then invoking on Ar-Raafi’ (the One Who Raises, Elevates and Distinguishes) to gently release the turbulent emotion and feeling the elevation within the soul through this Divine Quality, bringing peace within.

I thank you for giving me the honor of guiding you through this meditation.

I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

Relax and close your eyes.

And breathe.

Relaxing and bringing your awareness to your heart center,

To the seed of the soul.

As you breathe,

Feel the healing power of your breath entering your lungs.

Imagine your lungs filling up with light as you inhale and exhale.

See your lungs filling up with divine,

Sacred light and energy.

Imagine this light traveling through your body from your lungs.

See it gently being transported to the rest of your body.

To your head,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your fingers.

See this light continue to move down your torso,

To your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

All the way down to your toes.

And with each and every breath,

Feel the lightness of your body.

You are now in a protective energy circle of light that nothing can penetrate or attack.

Now,

Gently guide your thoughts and bring your awareness to a painful emotional experience.

The experience you have had in the past.

It can be from a long time ago or it can be very recent.

Recognize that emotion that arise from this experience.

Was it fear,

Guilt,

Shame,

Anger,

Jealousy?

Give that painful emotion a name.

Now,

Simply as an observer,

Witness the emotion,

Witness the experience and acknowledge the pain.

Remember,

Pain is inevitable.

It is a part of life.

However,

Suffering is a choice.

Where do you feel this pain in your body the most?

Is it in your lower abdomen?

Do you feel it in your back?

In your neck?

In your throat?

Your head?

Bring your awareness to that space in your body.

It is now time to take responsibility for holding on to this pain.

Become accountable.

Acknowledge the pain through the divine name,

Al-Khafil.

The one who lowers,

Humbles.

Al-Khafil brings humiliation to those who are controlled by their ego.

Who are suffering from holding on to these painful emotions.

Al-Khafil lowers the falseness so the truth within you can freely emanate.

And can shine through.

Al-Khafil.

Stay with this name for a moment.

Now,

You have the power within you to release this pain once and for all with the energy of Kun Fayakun.

Be and it is.

Set an intention.

And surrender yourself in the hands of a raw fear.

The one who raises,

The one who elevates and distinguishes.

With the energy of a raw fear,

Breathe in and exhale the painful emotion.

And feel as it leaves your body.

Surrender it to your creator.

A raw fear clears the path towards peaceful freedom.

Allow a raw fear to take you to a higher level of consciousness.

To give you a feeling of elevation.

Breathe and exhale and bring your awareness to your heart center in the middle of your chest.

And silently repeat the divine name.

Or chant it.

Yaa raw fear.

And observe which part in you feels elevated and honored.

Repeat yaa raw fear and connect with divine unity.

Yaa raw fear.

Feel whole.

Feel loved and honored.

May the elevation in you give you wings and strength in this journey called life.

Now you may gently and slowly relax.

And gently and slowly bring your awareness to your physical body.

And when you're ready,

You may open your eyes.

And you may close your eyes.
